Jacob shrugged
"Happens" he said "wolves get it too y'know, nothing to get too worked up over" he smiled as he noticed quite how red Hira had gotten "you can open your eyes now."

Hira slowly relaxes and opens her eyes. "I get really weird around this time of year and I don't really think straight most of the time. So if I say anything especially weird.."

"I know" the Faunas boy nodded, still smiling "and the same goes for me, yet there's still a while to go before I start acting weird." he chuckled dryly "or at least I hope so.

With a snort, Hira edges even closer, basically sitting on his lap. "Well... that's good, isn't it?" She mumbles as she nudges him with her horn again. "It means we won't be crazy at the same time."

Jacob's ears twitched slightly and he looked up at the sky
"Yeah, besides it's the full moon you might want to worry about" he looked back at Hira and winked.

She cocks her head and looks confused. "Why?"

"Let's just say I go a little... wild" he replied. Wild was an understatement, he still remembered the last time there'd bee a full mood, he'd gone outright primal.

Thinking for a moment, Hira rests her head on Jacob's shoulder. "You... go full wolf?" She asks.

"Pretty much" Jacob replied bluntly "running through the woods, killing small animals with my teeth, that and of course the howling" he smiled to himself "it's like being on some sort of drug, you just feel this feral power, like your blood's on fire, it makes you want to do all the things that a Wolf Faunas shouldn't, that is to say; behave like an animal."

Hira reaches up and scratches behind his ears. "And then you can act adorable, like this."

"Don't..." he didn't react fast enough. As soon as Hira began to scratch his eyes glazed over and he was in a daze, whimpering slightly like a dreaming puppy.

Hira giggles quietly, stopping after a few seconds. "That's so cute."

Jacob shook himself and threw Hira a disapproving look
"You do realize I can do the same thing to you right?" he said, the beginnings of a mischievous grin appearing on his face,

Hira realizes she's sitting in his lap and looks up at him wide eyed. "Hehe... mercy?"

Jacob pretends to ponder for a moment
"No" he quickly reaches up and begins to scratch at the base of Hira's good horn.

The dragoness melts into his arms, her breathing labored as her hands grip tightly on the front of his shirt. "Noooo...." She manages through the pleasure induced daze.

Jacob grinned before stopping, catching her partially to prevent her slumping onto the floor
"Tagged you back" he chuckled.

Hira glowers up at him from under her hair, blowing some out of her face. "That effects me more during this month. You're lucky I didn't wind up moaning." She mumbles.

It was hard not to laugh, but Jacob managed it. He let Hira straighten herself up before taunting her slightly
"Maybe you'll think about that the next time you scratch behind my ears."

She bumps his chin with her horn, stretching her shoulders slightly. "You don't moan loudly. You're also male so it's less rude." She states, brushing her hair behind her ear.

Jacob shrugged
"Still, just be aware" he winked "and more importantly... I am not cute."

Hira smiles and pokes his nose, maintaining eye contact with him. "That's right. You're adorable and you're mine." She says. A few seconds later her eyes go wide and she stutters for a few moments. "I-I didn't say that out loud d-did I?"

"No you said it in your head" Jacob replied stifling a grin.

Hira breathes a sigh of relief. "That's go- Wait a moment." She narrows her eyes at Jacob before scoffing. "You're a bad liar. As am I."

"I don't know what you're talking about" Jacob shook his head "and I'm a great liar."

Hira snorts and shakes her head. "You obviously heard me."

Jacob shrugged
"To be fair I kinda zoned out after you called me 'adorable' so really the rest of it went unnoticed." he lied.
