[Invite Only] Against A Wall

The village now in sight, Puniceus could notice a little of what was going on. A trail of smoke gently curling above distant village. "aww, shit. Were we too late?" A little ahead of the group he turned and shouted "Guys! We've gotta hurry!" Puniceus started bolting ahead of the group, not making it that far, however, because Viktor walked in front of the path. Puniceus stopped running as Viktor stated "Sorry to interrupt you're truly brave and heroic act, but i'm going to have to stop you guys there." Viktor smiled, repeatedly flipping a coin in the air.

Jacob drew Jernulv and hefted the axe into his grip. He took a few brisk strides forwards, standing between Viktor and Puny. He bared his wolf like canines and let out a low growl
"And you would be?" he asked, getting ready to bury his axe in the man's head should the worst come to pass.

Slowing to a stop, some 50-odd paces behind Jacob, Jet started reading the situation, and finding it best to not interfere at the present moment. But he loosened the strap on The Huntsmen, for the worst case scenario.

Xero stepped out from behind Puny, guns drawn and aiming right between Viktor's eyes "I don't know who you are and I don't care, we have a job to do, now MOVE before I put two bullets between your eyes, I don't want to, but I will if I have to!" With that, Xero disappeared for a few seconds and reappeared behind Viktor, guns still pointed at his head.

Giving a laugh after Xero's...quaint reaction, Viktor stuck his hands up. "Hey now, don't go blowing your top all at once. Who ever said I was hear to fight?" Viktor spun and twisted, shifting his position so that he was behind Xero in an instant. "Don't underestimate me, kid." He pushed Xero in the back, very slightly, charging Xero with potential energy would send him flying back towards his teammates. "You think I'm here to play your little games? Well, if it's a game you want to play then I've got one of my own." Viktor said, in a mocking tone, placing a hand on his chin "Hmmm...Aha! How about whoever lands a hit first, gets to live. Sound good?"

Puniceus tried to carry on with the show, the battlefield being his stage. Dashing towards Viktor, Puniceus threw Indigo Torrent before using his wires to throw himself into the air attempting to kick Viktor. Viktor stuck his right hand out to push Indigo, using his semblance to charge Indigo with the same amount of energy it was thrown at him with, stopping Indigo completely and making it hit the ground with an unsatisfactory 'Thud'. Using the same hand he grabbed Puniceus' leg, charged him with energy and slammed him into the ground. "Almost got me there, kid. Any-one else?"

Xero was astonished, one moment, he was facing Viktor's back, but before he knew what was going on, Viktor was behind him and pushing him forward. After being launched forward by Viktor's push, Xero pulled into a flip and landed on his feet, turning around after landing, a look of aggression on his face."Hey, what the hell was that for, I understand you don't want to fight, but shoving me was a bit uncalled for. I understand my reaction may have been a bit....over the top, but there was no need for violence."

Jacob smirked. Shifting Jernulv into its shotgun form and aiming an icy blast at Viktor's chest
"You talk too much" he yanked the trigger, sending the shell sailing towards his target.

Noticing Jacob pointing his gun at Viktor, he started charging himself with potential energy. Being charged means he can move faster, with the amount he had charged he could move the speed of a bullet(681mph). However his aura was staring to run a bit low. With his increased speed, Viktor dodged the bullet, literally. After hearing Xero's response to Viktor's oh-so-brutal attack he started laughing. "Bit too late to try and negotiate when your buddy has opened fire."

Pulling The Hunstmen off his back Jet took aim at Viktor, using a burst of his semblance, to try to see if he could find a gap in his reflexes and dodging to take a shot, and freezing, for 30 seconds, before firing hoping his shot was on target, stating "It's never too late to try, just gets incredibly harder to negotiate".

Xero was watched as his team mates opened fire and began to attack Viktor, all making an attempt to land a hit on the speedy son of a bitch, Xero wanted to help his team, but he didn't want to hurt Viktor. But before Xero could react, something slammed into him, launching him back towards a wall, he collided with the wall with emence force, striking it with a loud 'thud'. After a few seconds, Xero stood back up, arching his back as he stood. it looked like Xero, but there was something different. He stood and scanned the battlefield until he found a target he remembered, Viktor. "There you are. Now its my turn to try and land a hit" Said Varun as he sped towards Viktor, "This'll be fun!"

As a bullet flew past Viktor, almost scraping his ear, he laughed uncontrollably "Now, You're really getting into this! Let's see what you're made of!" Viktor dashed full pelt towards the group, swerving in between them he was behind them in an instant. Well, he was behind Jacob more like. Using his speed to fuel his blows he attempted to start punching Jacob in the back repeatedly, around 40-50 times in 5 seconds. Giving a final send off to Jacob, Viktor kicked him in the back, charging him with energy sending him flying.

Jacob turned at the last moment, catching Viktor's foot in his vice like grip, the shock wave shooting through his arm, causing his semblance to spark.
"I'm made of stronger stuff than you, that I can guarantee" Jacob bared his pointed canines and lined up for a harsh right hook.

Re-targeting Jet switched to his crossbow and bolted into range for an effective shot, loading a Fire dust bolt, aimed at Viktor's back, just before Jacob is holding his foot, firing as he kicked at Jacob. Then shifting Then Huntsmen to an ax he waited, watching and checking the environment for advantages.

Charging himself with more energy, Viktor was able to move at a top speed of 750 miles per hour. The speed of sound. Viktor jumped back out of the way of Jacob and Jet before running a couple of meters away. "Hate to end this battle abruptly, it's been fun, but I would hate for the village you've been struggling to protect to be destroyed." He said, glancing over towards the village, which at this point was mostly rubble. With that Viktor broke the sound barrier, dashing in between the group at the speed of sound, his sonic boom tearing the landscape up as he ran, hopefully hitting one of the students. With that Viktor had disappeared into the forest.

Puniceus snapping back into consciousness, sat up and looked around, still a little dizzy with a stinging pain in his back. "Where'd that guy go?"

Jacob bore the brunt of the sonic boom, his teeth clenched.
"He was stalling us" the wolf snarled, glaring in the direction Viktor had dashed off in.

Just before Varun could reach Viktor, he dashed off away from the village, leaving Varun heading straight for a wall. He attempted to stop but the attempt failed and he slammed into the wall, making it crumble. Xero sat up from the wreckage with only one thought in his head, 'How the hell did I get here, I was over there not 10 seconds ago?', and then he remembered what had happened, 'oh no, Varun's loose!'. Xero's thoughts where cut short by the sound of growling and crashing, "Oh crap, we forgot about the village. We need save the village from those Ursa!"

After the sonic boom launched him into the wall, Jet started to mumble unceasingly about breaking the string on his crossbow. "Yeah, we got sidetracked" Pulling an extra string from his pack and removing the two pieces of the old broken one.

Puniceus looked around dazed, trying to remember what had happened. Struggling to his feet he almost fell over a couple of times. Taking a couple of steps towards a nearby tree to lean on he at least tried to pass off that he was happy about his teammates sort of victory. Laughing slightly and placing his hand on his face and leaning on a tree. "Why is it always me who gets the shit kicked out of me in a fight?"

Shaking it off he stopped leaning on the tree to try and look a little more dignified "I hope you guys did well enough without my amazing leadership. Let's stop stalling ourselves and save the poor saps in that village already. Can anybody give me hand?" Puny joked, stumbling over to rejoin his teammates.

"Puny, are you alright, you don't look so good, do you need a hand?" Xero walked over to Puny and gave him a hand up from the tree he was leaning on, "Also, to answer your question, the reason you always get the shit kicked out of you is because your so damn short, no offence." Xero helped puny over to the rest of his team, giving him some time to get his bearings back before he started speaking again, "Alright guys, I count three Ursa, just like puny said, Jacob, you can take an Ursa by yourself, you've already proven that through the number of Ursa pelts you have, puny and I will take one, and Jet, you look like your skilled enough to take one on your own. Puny, I know you're meant to be the leader, but I think this plan will work, so, lets kill some Ursa and save that village!" With that, Xero charged towards one of the Ursa, cloaking as he ran, he gained a vantage point and took aim, waiting for his teammates to initiate the fight.

"And he's a pacefist..." Jacob smirked before taking a two handed grip on Jernulv and sprinting forwards, bellowing a mighty war cry as he closed the gap between himself and the colossal spiked bears. With a snarl he brought his axe down on the closest, the etched blade cleaving through it's shoulder, causing it to roar in pain and try to pull back "what are you waiting for?" Jaocb called back to the others, grinning like a man possessed.

Finishing the replacing of the broken string, Jet switched The Huntsmen to an ax and charged in swinging low at the designated Ursa removing a leg, however the Ursa swiped at his shoulder and hit hard knocking him backwards into a tree. "Well that's gonna leave a mark."

"Also, to answer your question, the reason you always get the shit kicked out of you is because your so damn short, no offence."

"How the hell is that not offensive!?" Puny stifled a laugh, being short has it's advantages as well and he knows this, probably better than any-one. After listening to Xero's 'Battle Plan' he tried to object. But every-one else had already gone. "If you can't beat them, join them I suppose." Knowing his legs didn't have the strength to carry him anymore Puniceus used his wires to grab and change Indigo into it's machine gun form before using them to sort of, hover above the battleground and make it rain bullets.

After his teammates ran in to fight attack the Ursa, Xero took aim on the Ursa directly below him and pulled the trigger, putting two bullets into the back of the Ursa's head, causing the Ursa to turn around and throw a rock in his direction. Xero just managed to dodge the rock, jumping down from the tree he was perched in and switching his Pistols into their Naginata forms and uncloaked, sprinting towards the Ursa. "Come on, show me what ya got big fella." Xero jumped over the Ursa, slashing the back of its neck as he went, he landed and cloaked, preparing for a sneak attack. Xero ran around the Ursa, still cloaked, and when he reached the Ursa's front side, he slashed at its throat, taking its head.

Jacob ploughed his axe into the hardened skull of the Ursa before him, its fur matted with blood, he had no intention of preserving the pelt. With a feral snarl he wrenched the blade free and watched the Grimm slowly droop, flopping onto the ground with a shuddering thud. The wolf shook some of the blood free of the blade.

Getting back up Jet slammed his a into the skull of the Ursa following Jacobs lead, however, there was less force so Jet had to fire 3 rounds to get his ax through the Ursa's skull. Jet then scavenged the fragmented skull pieces and put them in his pack for so study later.
