He smiles and puts them together. The metal clicks and spins up, leaving a small hand print pressed into it. "Grab it," he says, placing it on the table. "And be careful about it."

Viola hesitates slightly before grabbing the combined mechanism, wondering what exactly is going to happen.

As she grabs it, the blades light on fire with a quiet roar and the blade starts to spin slowly. "Give it a squeeze." He says, a smile across his face.

"Oh! Viola exclaims, slowly squeezing the blade to see what happens next.

The blade spins faster, whirring a bit louder, but still rather quiet. It spins fast enought for it to kick up a bit of wind, the flames looking like a solid circle of blaze as they grow brighter.

"Pretty awesome. Does it only work in this form, or can I have them separated as well?" Viola asks.

"Well for right now it only works in that form. If you like I could figure something out with them being seperated. Could take a while though, that'd be more complicated. The flames are activated by the heat of your hands when you touch the metal, so those work in either form. But if you want the flames off just pulse your aura in your hands a bit, and again to turn them off."

"Flames working in either form is great for now... and as long as I can actually control my aura in every situation, that should work too." Viola replies, following his instructions to turn off the flames before separating the blades and playing them where they belong.

"Well. Thanks again... gonna walk around again for a bit before I finally head to sleep." she says, before heading out of the workshop.

Jet smiles as she walks out with her upgraded weapon. He loved helping people, either by protecting or simply making them more capable to protect themselves and others. He smiled and sat down, undoing his hair from the ponytail and pulling off the goggles.

Shem walks into the shop and reaches for a welder and begins welding parts together in his little corner.

Marc walks in, setting his turtleneck an armor to the side again as he starts to work on his vehicle, opening up the hood.

Shem hears someone walks in and turns around, wearing his normal attire except for the addition to welders goggles (which kinda makes him look goofy) and (of course) a lollipop in his mouth, "Oh hey Marc. What's up?"

Marc looks at Shem and nods, hitting his head on the hood. "Ouch... Hey." Giving a small wave, he goes back to checking his engine. "How is the motorcycle going?"

"So far so good. Keeps me busy. How's you? How's ummm.." He tries to think of the name. "...the girl on your team who I met at the ball?"

Marc pauses, looking at Shem for a moment. "Alani? She is okay. What about her?" he asks curiously.

"Just asking, you two seem close. She seems like a nice girl, quiet." He sets down the welder and turns around to face Marc.

"Quiet? I wish." he laughs a bit. "I guess we are close. She is a good teammate... Don't tell her I said that. She needs improvements."

Shem lifts an eyebrow from under his goggles. "Dont tell her she's a good teammate?" He leans back against his motorcycle and kicks his feet up in a relaxing gesture. "These teams are going to be interesting."

"She doesn't need to get full of herself." he shrugs, sticking his head out and looking at the way Shem is looking at him. "What?" he shrugs.

Shem goes back into the sitting position. "Nothing, just not many people come in here when Im here working on my bike. Nice to have a conversation"

Marc nods and closes the hood, getting down and crawling under the vehicle on his back. "Alani isn't confident enough. I've never danced with someone who can move like her, now she just needs to put her mind to it on the field." he says loudly so Shem can hear. Though he wasn't really sure why he cared so much.

Shem shrugs, "Never saw her fight so I cant make a judgement on that. He lightly taps a wheeled toolbox with his foot over to where Marc is at. "That ball got insane really fast and I cant believe Lucina made me sing." He sighs. "At least I got to dance with Kaitlyn." He gets up and pokes his head under Marc's vehicle. "So you and Alani a thing?"

Marc reaches into the toolbox, pulling out a wrench. "That's good. The Faunus girl, right?" he asks curiously. "I was impressed with Alani. She was really great at dacn-" As Shem asks the question Marcs head pops up, hitting it again. "Ouch! Crap!" looking at Shem, he says with a bit of surprise "A thing?"

Rubbing his head, Marc actually thinks for a second. Well, he isn't sure if he has to think about it or if it's the minor concussion he was in the process of giving himself. "No. Just teammates. We aren't related, and were aren't a thing."
