Seeing Connla approach him, Aphelion stepped back and, despite bare skin awakening his inner pervert, he forced himself to look at Connla instead. Feeling that he has angered him, Aphelion dug his shuko into his clothes and cut his shirt off, revealing 'AK' on his chest before going back into Panda stance, his ripped shirt falling to the ground.

Only agitated more by the marking, he would send a barrage of the purple missiles at him as he switches once again, starting to glow a shimmer of blue as he brings his drill backwards, it emitting ice in rings now as Lilliana runs back to Macha, hiding inside the embrace of the Ursa, though her red and white striped pants with a red heart in the middle would still be visible. Desolater charging up, he could only hope that his previous attack buys him enough time.

Hoping that his psychological tactic worked, Aphelion started weaving between the missiles, getting hit by two in the left arm. He felt a sharp pain, but when he noticed Connla pulled back the drill he decided to do the same thing he did with Aoife during their practice match. Noting that the snow would make his slide easier, Aphelion pulled back his right arm as if he was going for a punch and ran at Connla, keeping his centre of mass at a position where falling backwards was easy.

Deciding the same trick he used on the Nevermore wouldn't work here on account of it killing Aphelion, he would instead wait until he gets close and channel his aura into the strike, pointing it in his opponents direction and firing all of the ice dust in the Drill as one large cone attack, aiming to freeze him in place.

When he was close enough and saw Connla point the drill at him, Aphelion dropped onto his back and slid under most of the ice attack, the dust hitting his pigtail and his left shoulder. Regardless, instead of sliding between Connla's legs which could've well crushed his ribs, he used them to stop himself by raising one foot to stop on the knee, aiming to bend the leg and kick him with the other leg in hopes of tripping him.

Aphelion would seem to succeed as Connla's leg goes high into the air, only to be brought down to go for a kick to the gut. Meanwhile he would use the chains to try and hold him in place, spearhead leading the charge for the objective.

Aphelion's plan didn't work as planned as the kick got to him and the chains held him down. Very unhappy about the situation, he would try to break free by loosening them.

Simply yanking the chains up with one hand to stop him loosening them, Connla would couple it with a punch with the other with enough force to jerk him back down, aiming to continuously repeat the process, as if using him for a stress ball.

Seeing the punch, Aphelion braced himself by activating his bodylock. Before that, however, he raised his legs and leaned them against the ground in case he needed to jump away.

Seeing his defences, Connla would smirk and immediately after he punches, he would swing the Chains overhead to send him hurtling to the ground on the opposite side of his body, turning to face where he would land.

Meanwhile, the pink haired maid would be thrown into the clearing, her weapons clattering to the side as a Beowolf stares her down. Charging each other, they would start wrestling with each other before both tumbling to the ground, Aoife picking up a nearby rock and starting to beat its skull in with it, all the while taunting the wolf.

Aphelion continued to stay in his bodylock, despite being thrown about. The punch did hurt him slightly, however.

Just continuing to throw him from one hard surface to another, he would use the time to switch the handle on Desolater from the empty Ice back to his ranged dust, making sure to spin him around a little to make him dizzy while he does so. Otherwise, Aoife would run over with blood on her costume to her bike and Lilliana, taking out the spare top used for her armour and the skirt, offering them to her to get changed into, evidently irritated about what Aphelion did to the clothing.

Allowing Connla to throw him around, Aphelion started considering whether or not Connla is worth Ascenscending for. The throwing didn't hurt too much, neither did the spinning.

Emitting dust for another barrage, he would keep him in the air until the last second, before slamming him down stronger than the previous strikes, keeping him there as he fires the point blank attack at him, quickly followed by a drill thrust towards the chest, again barely keeping himself from attacking the area normally reserved for organs.

Aphelion started feeling the attacks hurt him more. Changing strategy, he released the bodylock after crashing into the ground and started spinning, trying to roll himself out of Connla's chains

Pulling the chains back as they unravel, they would leave another small nick from the spearhead again, deciding against doing the same tactic three times in a row, he would withdraw a small amount before using it as a cutting weapon, aiming to cut him across the legs as he once more starts the preparing of the ranged attack. Meanwhile, Lilliana would have put the clothing on, still having a rather exposed midriff from it as she watches, preparing for when she can get the best advantage.

Coming out of the chains and tumbling onto the snow, Aphelion decided that it was time to up the pace of the fight. Activating the Fiery Dance, he would push himself off of the ground and back up onto his feet, instantly starting to run and circle Connla, waiting for a moment to strike.

Simply Extending the chain once more to the distance between them, he would swing it in the same circle but at an opposite direction, aiming for the chest as he nods slightly, though it would be hardly see-able.

Grabbing the chain as it came his way, making sure to hold the blade with his shuko, Aphelion continued to run in circles, moving further away.

Jamming his feet into the ground, he would smirk and pull a combo of retracting the chains and yanking away, aiming to disarm him. Lilliana would also see her chance, running to her Halberd and grabbing it, chasing him with a speed what would probably match even Aoife, bringing it about to shoot at his legs while running.

Not noticing Lilliana past hearing the shots, Aphelion followed with the chain, sprinting at Connla, prepared to let go of the chain, jump and kick him right in the face whenever the opportunity presented itself.

Dropping the drill where it automatically goes inactive, he takes the kick before going to grab his leg, a spear-tipped punch going for it in retaliation. As if on queue, Lilliana would be up in the air behind them, using the halberd to gain more momentum as she goes for the kick to Aphelion's head in retaliation.

Stretching his other foot to be parallel with the first one, he used an aura burst to propel himself further into Connla's face. Noticing the punch, however, he bent his leg and used another burst to kick the drill aside with the side of his foot. Lilliana did kick his head, however, but when he felt the hit he immediately powered up his right palm to palm strike her in the ankle, hoping he could at least make it more difficult for her to walk or run.

Letting go of the Halberd holding her up, she would drop just short of the strike, grabbing it again, Lilliana swings at his extended arm. Connla meanwhile would at the last second use the grabbed leg to launch him into the strike, making what had been an attack at his arm into a slash at his chest at the last second, his nose bleeding from the strikes and a black eye already forming.

Aphelion was thrown into the strike, just in time to see the halberd come down at his chest. Using both arms now, he aimed to strike the halberd near the centre and at the axe head from two different directions, hoping it would pivot around the centre and fly under his arm, back at Lilliana, or pulled Lilliana with itself over him.

Letting go and knocking it to the side as the strike backfires, she decides to lead with a punch towards the gut, at least allowing him the chance to block it instead of wiping him out in a barrage of attacks. Connla in the meanwhile would've let go of his leg in the previous attack, withdrawing and picking back up the drill, revving as the only sign of him picking it up. Wiping away the blood on his face, he would switch back to ranged combat and send a strike at Aphelion, though it would have not nearly as many projectiles due to the lower amount of dust used.

Having stopped the attack, Aphelion paid more attention to Lilliana now. When she went to punch him, he waited until the punch connected, gritting his teeth, before grabbing her wrist and pulling her between himself and Connla just as his attack happened, using his other hand to hold her other wrist.
