Evening Violence [Open]

Kai quickly spotted the faunus charging at her. She ducked under his sloppy swing and brought the flat of her blade smashing into his side. The force of the blow sent the faunus flying into the arena, but she made sure that the strike wouldn't kill the man. She noticed as he fell the symbol on his back, The White Fang? She gritted her teeth, They ripped apart the Order with their damned rebellion. She brought her blade back in front of her, keeping her eyes peeled for more attackers, No choice now but to fight.

Xarias woke up the minute Tequila pushed him down, still dazed by all that was happening he just stayed down while carefully moving his rifle in shooting position. After a series of exchanges between the others and some white fang recruiters Xarias decides to help along. A few white fang members were taken care of but there were plenty more where they came from. He then reloaded his rifle with high-velocity rounds and started aiming at the weapons of some thugs. He shot several rounds in quick succession at the lackeys. Nearby he could also hear Silenus ranting about abuse to huge guy with a spear, they clashed weapons and sparks flew in the air.

I fall asleep for 2 minutes and this happens?

Xarias shoots a couple more shots at the thugs while slowly crouching up, his rifle never straying from it's targets.

As Kai dispatched the one attacker, behind her the two others had reached Tequila, the one on her left swinging at her head, the other swinging at her legs.

Accurate enough, Xarias' bullets manage to hit all but one of the four shooters on the crate, right on their guns. The other, unluckily, was shot straight in the stomach, groaning in pain and falling off the crate, ten feet, onto another.

Argent, still on the ground and about to get pummled, springs up and spins on his hands, firing off Agni as he went, dropping two and scaring the others enough to back off for now. Needing some breathing room, he sends a wave of ice in a ring around him.

"Using my own weapon against me?"

Silenus, seeing Pyrite flying back towards him, redirects his swing to block the coming blade. It twirls in the air and lands in his open left hand.

Xarias activated his semblance, he could see everything moving slower now. Three of his targets were now disarmed while the other got hit straight in the stomach, falling down to the crate below him.

That must have hurt.

He took a quick glance around and saw two thugs swinging at Tequila, one at her head and another at her feet, Xarias quickly aimed his rifle at the one swinging for her head and took a shot straight at his arm. A few feet away he saw a ring of ice form around another fighter with his fists on the ground, he had some sort of boots and gauntlets around him.

"As you can see," since Kai had taken one target, Tequila refocused on the other two, catching the one coming at her face as he swings - she redirects his blade with the back of hers, bringing his sword down and using it to pin his buddy's forearm to the container, halting his attack and, hopefully, his continued interest in the fight, "the White Fang didn't take kindly to their recruitment offer being turned down."

She reached over with her free hand, caught the still-standing target's wrist - to hold him - and lashed out with a stomping kick to his elbow, breaking it; then she stepped in and drove the hilt of her sword into his temple as he reeled, depositing him on the floor, unconscious.

"That was a good hit. You got a name?"

After encasing his attacker's feet in ice, Argent shifts his attention to the unarmed gunners on the crate.

"Better take care of them before they get their guns back. Easy targets."

With a blast of hot air, he leaps onto a crate, passing the body of the gunman Xarias had dropped. Another jump and he's face to face with the gunmen unsheathing their swords.

Xarias' bullet flies wide as his target had already hit the ground by the time it was fired. Coincidentally, it hit the hull of an approaching Bullhead.

In the night sky, two Bullheads hover behind Tequila and Kai. One of them opens its doors and eight white fang emerge wielding blades, four dropping down on the crate with the two girls between them and the other four dropping to ground level, between Imperia and Xarias. The White Fang attack; Tequila and Kai having two opponents each in front of them, one stabbing the still lying down Xarias, and three going for Imperia and her bodyguards, aiming for Imperia's exposed back, the one that the javelin had missed also choosing Imperia as his target. .

The other bullhead flies over Silenus and four gunmen inside start shooting down at Lugh.

Things just keep getting better and better.

Xarias' semblance flared out and he quickly noticed his attacker just before the blade hit. He rolled to the right just as the thug dug his blade down. Xarias then swung his rifle and at him and knocked him out cold. He did a back spring to get up and then quickly switched his rifle to it's spear form. He aimed his spear to the bullhead and shot the blade out to grapple the right wing while digging the other end into the hard concrete.

"You're not going anywhere!"

The bullets were little more than a nuisence to the androids, Milisendis' Organic cover being ripped to shreds though her body would not falter. Moving to behind her Cyborg, she would use her for mobile cover, her armour stopping the stray bullet as she starts moving towards the shooter, unknowing of the group behind her as Omega-46 gets the command of 'Kill him!' from Imperia, the hand blades being used to lethal effect as one goes for the heart, and the other goes for a decapitation.

Kai spun to face their new opponents, Oh please. They're gonna have to do better than a few grunts. She thought as the two White Fang swung their blades at her. She caught both of their strikes on the flat of her blade, her superior strength holding off the attacks. She shoved upward, forcing the two to stumble backward. She pressed her advantage, kicking one of them in the gut hard enough to knock him off his feet. His buddy recovered, trying to stab Kai in the gut. She spun out of the way, bringing the flat of her blade smashing into the man's legs. The man fell to the ground in a heap, and Kai finished him off with a sharp kick to the head, knocking him unconscious. She looked up, the thrill of the fight putting a smile on her face, "I'm Kai." She answered.

On top of the containers, with Kai, Tequila simply shifted her stance and let the swordstrokes of the two White Fang grunts pass either side of her. One of them, she punched in the throat, and while he staggered around, she turned on the other one, kicked his sword from his hand and threw him from the top of the containers. He was probably okay at the bottom, but she was more interested in the other one, who had recovered and was just starting to come around when the hilt of Tequila's sword smashed into his temple and put his lights out.

She ended up facing Kai with a smile on her face. "I'm Tequila."

With a heavy metal clunk the grapple embeds itself into the bullhead's wing, however, suddeny pulled back by Xarias' wire, the bullhead tilts and flies into the crate Kai and Tequila are standing on, cutting their introductions short.

Jagged pieces of metal and fire fly out of the impact, raining down on the people at ground level while Kai and Tequila find their floor suddenly at a 60 degree angle.

Imperia's assailants swing their blades at her. One cuts diagonally across her back, the other cutting four inches down her left arm. The last sword, however, finds itself stuck in the joint of Milisendis' right shoulder.

Not minding the explosion before his very eyes, Argent takes on his opponents before they have a chance to regain their composure. Giving a fierce punch to a solar plexus and an ax kick to a shoulder quickly incapacitates two of them. The third is punched in the chest and frozen to an adjacent crate.

"That takes care of them, who's next?" Argent yells, not really caring who comes to face him. The sound of gunfire below catching his attention, he looks down and finds Lugh getting shot at from above.

"Hey Big Guy, worry about Goldy down there, I'll take these guys!" He yelled down, jumping into the bullhead, the gunmen losing interest in Lugh and pointing their guns at Argent.

As the dust cloud grew, distorting the his field of view more and more, Silenus shut his eyes to keep them clear.

Step step step step

Over the roar of gunfire, Silenus was still able to pick up Lugh's general direction. Running ahead of where he assumed Lugh would be, Silenus slashes at the air with Aurum, the cloud dissipating where the blade passed.

Kai quickly flipped her blade up onto her back as she began to slide down the crate. She pushed off with her feet, flipping through the air and coming down hard on the ground. She rolled, softening her impact a little. She looked around, keeping herself ready for another attack. She unlatched her blade again, bringing it in front of her in a defensive stance, This has quickly gotten out of hand. She thought, This has to end.

They could handle themselves, a little bullhead is nothing.

Xarias didn't intend the bullhead to hit the crate but he knew that the two girls on top could probably handle it. He dislodged his back blade from the ground and luckily enough his front one got freed from the bullhead before the crash. He then turns to see that Imperia is being attacked by 3 assailants, two of them slashing at her while one of them having their blade lodged into the shoulder of one of her androids. Xarias activated his semblance then he fashioned his rifle, he took 2 shots at the the thugs attacking Imperia's exposed back, their movements seemed slowed by his enhanced consciousness.

Backstabbing fools

"Lavincompae!" With that word, Tequila threw herself from the blast zone and tumbled down alongside Kai as the container rumbled, coming up on her feet on the ground below, back-to-back with the other faunus, sword raised in a defensive stance of her own. "Look at all these guys. Didn't they hear that you don't kiss a boy on the first date?" she glanced back over her shoulder. "Speaking of which, you doing anything later?"

The hits getting into small slots in her armour, she would yelp and go to the ground. From what she could tell, the wounds were not fatal. They hurt, and if she had forgotten the black armour that would never be taken off outside of trips to a certain shop or home, then she would probably be in more trouble. That said, Milisendis would turn her head to look at them almost passively, the 'blood' what kept her skin covering pouring out as she first goes to punch the two who cut down her master, the steel fists probably being able to smash bone. As for the third who hit her, she would go to kick him in the waist, the obvious intention of killing all three coming from the passive looking Cyborg.

What happened to Imperia's attackers was overkill, to say the least. Having been shot in the back and smashed in the face, they three drop dead, or as close as possible to it.

Though prepared for more opponents, Kai and Tequila find themselves without any opponents, most of them either dead, unconscious, or somehow attached to a sturdy surface.

At this point, the only White Fang that was still fit for fighting was Silenus, still taking on Lugh.

"Do anything without me telling you and you're an icicle, got it?" Argent said as he rested his hands on the pilot's shoulders from behind his seat, cooling down Hima just enough to prove his point. "Get this thing near the ground, a couple feet off. You got a mic or something?"

A couple seconds of static and high pitched whining and Argent's voice carries over the bullhead speakers.

"Hey Goldy! Thanks for the ride. You've got six seconds to drop your swords, get on your knees, and maybe quack like a duck just for giggles.." He said over the speakers, grinning from ear to ear. "Or else I'll turn you into a nice piece of swiss cheese with this thing's guns."

Turning back to the pilot and making sure his voice is out of the microphone's range, Argent whispers. "This thing does have guns, right?"

In the nick of time, Silenus notices the distortion in the dust cloud caused by Silver Spiral, barely avoiding a brand new hole in his chest, he raises Pyrite just in time to deflect it, sparks flying from the drill scraping against it. The sudden distraction causes his attack to miss though, Aurum flying through thin air a few inches in front of Lugh.

Backing off, and out of the cloud, Silenus takes in the scene before him. Most, if not all his team are dead. A few are unconscious, heavy breathing the only sign that they're still with the living. In front of him, five warriors stand, combat ready, though one girl appears to be bleeding profusely.

Time for plan b, Silenus thinks to himself.

"Well kids it's been fun but I have other business to attend to. I'll be back for you two kitties soon enough," He said motioning to Tequila and Imperia. Noticing Kai, he adds while pointing at her. "You too. Maybe a little time to think you'll change your minds. For now though, I'm out of playtime. I have some new friends for you lot to play with though."

Procuring a remote from his coat pocket, Silenus triggers it and two simultaneous explosions go off. One at the legs of the crane Lugh and Argent were standing on earlier, sending it toppling over and crashing onto where the fighting ring used to be, separating Silenus from the bunch. Another coming from several crates thirty meters away, the doors opening loudly as two dozen beowolf come leaping through the fire and smoke.

Through the roar of burning fuel, howling beowolves, and creaking metal, Silenus' voice carries in the night breeze.

"One day kitties!"

"Are you kidding me?" Tequila hissed, lowering her stance a little to prepare for their charge. "Hey, White Fang, on your feet if you don't want to be eaten! Beowulves don't take sides!"

Seriously? This guy's insane! Kai thought as she rushed forward, "Protect them!" Was all she said, trying to get the others to protect the beaten White Fang. She rushed towards one of the beowolves, taking a huge swing at the beast's side, aiming to rip it in half.

It's a distraction, he's getting away.

Xarias never shifted from his position even as the crane crashed between Silenus and Lugh. What mattered now was the number of Beowolves sent charging at them, he could see them, probably a dozen, heading straight for them and the fallen White Fang. He raised his spear and sent a blade flying on it's chain, straight for a couple of Beowolves.

Darn it! I'll get him later, what matters is saving these fools.

Tequila joined Kai's charge, going into a slide, feet first, when the other faunus swung her sword - she went under the blade, then twisted and triggered the burner on her sword, using the sudden thrust to fling herself through the air, through the two halves of the bifuricated beowulf, and boots-first into one behind it, catching it in the jaw and setting it staggering.

For her part, she rebounded from the kick, landed on her feet, and stepped in with a twist, sliding her blade under her arm and setting off the burner again - "We're done here!" - doubling the force of the thrust as she plunged the blade up into the Grimm's chest, straight through its black heart. After a moment to make sure its flailing wasn't going to reach her, Tequila rose on one leg and kicked out, forcing the creature off her blade and into the dirt.

"Let's push them back!"

Staggering back to stand, she would groan as she spots the Beowolves. Not caring about the person getting away, she would instead look at the White Fang. Sure they had different ways of doing things, but their ideology was in the right place. Moving with her pair over to the closest, living female White Fang member, she would offer her a hand, "Milly and Forty Six, kill any wolf what tries anything in the area. Those are your standing orders.  Miss, come with me if you want to live."

(OOC: Added a dozen more beowolf. I realized that 12 would be a warm up for most of the characters on here.)

While the beowolves are in a concentrated area, Lugh's mingun works like a charm, riddling two beowolves with holes. The others learn from their deceased comrades though and leap out of the way and spread out, jumping on and off crates to avoid the gunfire.

As Kai and Tequila masterfully take care of the two beowolves, the rest speed past them, one of them pouncing on Kai, her sword clattering to the ground. Rearing back it's head, the beowolf brings down it's jaws, intending to tear at her neck.

A few feet behind them, Xarias' blade finds it's mark and makes it's new home in a beowolf's arm, pinning it to a crate behind it. Desperately, it starts clawing at the wire.

Meanwhile, the remaining White Fang had started their retreat, even before the explosions. A few remain, either carrying injured or injured themselves. Imperia is met with a hand wet with blood has the White Fang pulls herself up. Grunting as she puts her arm around her hero, supporting Imperia just as much as she's supporting her.

"Crap!"

Grabbing hold of the seat as the bullhead flies to avoid the falling crane, Argent looks for a way to help the ground troops. Spotting a gun attached to the open door, Argent mans it.

"If you even think of moving this thing more than ten feet, you're taking the fastest route to the ground!" He yells back at the pilot as he figures out how to work the machine gun.

"EVERYONE WATCH OUT!"

Aiming it down at the general direction of the beowolves, as well as making sure it stays clear of the guys on the ground, Argent fires and miraculously, his shots hit, taking down three beowolves running across a crate, their limp bodies falling beside Tequila.

Growling at the cowardice and disregard of the White Fang who ran, she would start moving with the injured with her, the two Robots acting like a wall of Iron and lethality as she calls out to them, "Keep those mongrels off us while the injured get away." Afterwards and making sure to put on a voice made to instill resolve and have a prideful tone, "Faunus would run and leave their comrades to die? We are no humans, those who can fight, protect your comrades. Those who cannot, get the injured to safety, those who flee die by my hand! Show these human dogs why we are the TRUE superior race, in both looks and fighting!"

Kai recovered quickly, thrusting her hand up to catch the beowolf by the neck. Her strength allowed her to prevent it from biting down on her. She planted a foot on its chest, rolling it over herself and ending up on top of it. She delivered a series of punches to the beast's face, grimacing as its blood flew up at her face. All that was left was a bloody pulp, and her hand throbbed from the punches.

She scrambled up and retrieved her sword, only able to use one hand to swing it at the beowolf that had come up behind her. Nevertheless, she was still able to put a considerable amount of force behind the swing. Having dispatched the beowolf, she heard the voice of a woman calling out across the battlefield, What the hell? She thought, Is she some sort of faunus supremacist?
