The Practice Arena

What th-
Zwei was knocked on his back from the blast and
struggled to regain his footing due to spasms and uneven footing
he made his way up after a few seconds and spaced his feet to stabilize himself
He switched to gun mode and fired directly at Aarons legs with fire dust
(grip is also non conductive)

While Zwei struggles to regain his footing, Aaron retrieves one part of Jishin, then dives for the other. As his hand wraps around the grip, he notices Zwei's weapon change form, into something that is similar to a gun.

Aaron rips up a piece of the earth that Jishin is currently stuck in, and brings it up in front of him to absorb the bullets. As they make impact, he feels a heat push through the chunk of earth. He rips the other part of Jishin from the earth block in front of him.

Aaron calms his breathing, and makes sure his feet are both firmly planted. He closes his eyes, and searches for Zwei's aura through the earth. Once he has pinpointed him, he stabs both rods back into the earth, sending a current through the cracks in the battlefield.

Zwei has enough time to throw his (metal) mask on the ground and take small leap away
the mask took most of it as zwei only got a little jolt
Zwei fired the rest of his clip of fire dust  before dashing around his mask and switching to blade mode charging at Aaron

Aaron felt Zwei's aura move, but something absorbed the electricity. As he tries to look around the rock, another onslaught of bullets make contact with the earth in front of him. Dust kicks up into his face, blurring his vision.

He once again slows his breath and searches for his aura. It seems he is moving at him, moving faster with each step.

I have to think quick. No electricity. He is quick. Wait, a trap!

Aaron notices a nearby crevice that was created when the earth shifted from his initial blast. He quickly strikes each side, sending another jolt, opening the crevice farther. He opens it enough for him to fit in, and toss one of Jishin's rods where he was hiding behind the chunk of earth as a distraction.

Where did he go?
Zwei spots one of Aarons rods land and switches to tonfa for maximum defence
after reloading and making a circle of flame around the general area with fire dust
(to prevent escape)
Zwei then holds his stance while paying close attention to the rod on the ground

Jet watches the battle, paying attention to Zwei closely. He sits down on a chunk of rock that Aaron had lifted and relaxes.

Aaron feels Zwei's aura close as he seems to approach the obvious rod on the ground.

He would notice if I tried to shock him through the earth, and throwing it at him is too easy to doge.

Aaron knows he has little time to think before Zwei notices where he is hiding. He grabs a rock and toss it behind Zwei, hoping the nose will make him turn towards the sound so his back is towards himself.

Zwei was so on edge he did a full 180 toward to rock and charged toward it for a second

Aaron takes a peek, hoping Zwei fell for it.

Yes!

Aaron sets Jishin to stun and tosses it straight at Zwei's back. Time seems to slow for Aaron as Jishin twirls in pursuit of Zwei.

Zwei begins to turn to the sound of somthing flying through the air it was too late to dodge.
The rod hit him right between the shoulderblades and sent pains down his body
he dropped fortissimo and began shaking off the daze standing in place forgetting about his opponent

"Yup, that's exactly what he needs. Got it." Jet gets up and heads to the workshop.

Aaron dashed out of the crevice, praying Jishin would make contact.

As it did, Aaron screamed inside his head, "Yes!" He scooped up the rod that was a distraction, and quickly picks up the other. As he does, he notices Zwei still in a shocked state. He lets out a heavy sigh, realizing he bet too much on luck that fight.

Aaron turns towards the exit, saying, "Come next time ready to fight me, not a rock."

He strides out of the arena as he places Jishin back into his sleeves. As he heads off to the dorm room, he makes note in his head of Zwei's capabilities.

Guess I will still be fighting alone. No suitable partner available yet.

Walking into the Arena, with her maid clothes on. Hiding White Dragon across her back rather expertly, she starts mumbling to herself, "If that tin can thinks I am going to his dorm, he has another thing coming. He can come to me if he wants me that badly."

Leaving the Arena after a couple hours of hiding, she would try to stealthily get back to the dorms, though considering her attire it would be nigh impossible, smiling at the thought of having to not be Leo's maid for the day.

"You know, it doesn't... count as starting... until you actually do work..."

Leonius chuckled as Aoife passed him at the entryway, grinning under his helmet.

Stopping to look at him, she simply goes, "I did work. By putting on this instead of my other clothes, it made me perform more work, thus the week has started."

"Dressing up the part... does not make you a maid..."

Leonius stepped aside, revealing a bucket of soapy water and a scrub brush.

"... Come along, Aoife... I would like... to help Miss Scarlet... by cleaning up around campus... It is a maid's job... to clean one's home... And Beacon is home... is not not?" He didn't even bother hiding the amusement in his voice.

Already having to mentally calm herself, she veils her voice in calmness, "Home is a place of residence. As I am not prone to sleeping in the arena or anywhere else outside of my bunk. I would like to state the fallacy of thinking I would do anywhere outside the building the dorms are within."

Leonius raised a finger, and his seal appeared in the air, as a recording of yesterday's bet played.

"Even if your interpretation... of 'home' were to hold... the phrasing of the statement... of 'and I get to make your life mildly... uncomfortable' would indicate this... is still within the grounds of the bet..."

He leaned in, a faintly mocking tone in his voice.

"... Or perhaps... we shall simply let it be known... that Aoife Knight... does not keep to the bets... that she has made..?"

Hand twitching, nearly losing control of the pure amount of malice she is withholding, she simply goes, putting on a sing song voice, "You realise that the way you are standing, I could decapitate you before you can bring a barrier up.

"Perhaps if you... swing it with sufficient force... but then people would ask why... and everyone would know that you... are unable to keep to a bet..."

With that, Leonius turned, walking away.

"Come along... Aoife... you have a lot of work... ahead of you before... the work day is done..."

Following him with a scowl stuck to her face, she would have an inner wrestle with herself as to why she is doing this, and doesn't just ambush him with flames burning at 1000°C to the back of his head.

Leonius noted her scowl with a smile. After this, she would either think twice about challenging him again... or would almost certainly come after him with a vengeance...

Of course, it would hardly be interesting if she was happy about this.

Lucina moves to the right side of the arena and readies herself" you first..."
