Steel Wool (closed)

Due to Ashe's position from swinging the tonfa, her pose almost as if she were suplexing the weapon, the sheep faunus is promptly knocked down for the nth time. Hitting the ground, she groans as she almost loses her grip on her weapon, only the last joint on her fingers hooking the tonfa's grip. Grunting, she hefts the tonfa onto its long end and stands, using it like a crutch.

Tim slowly approached the faunas until he locked his eyes to hers. He scanned her vitals, and saw she was almost at her limit. He outstretched his hand and opened it for a handshake. His eyes now green. "Statement; targets aura levels dangerously low. Suggest end of combat." The ref looked at his scrool and saw the same thing. He waved his arms to show the match over before up and leaving.

Ashe sighs, her shoulders visibly slumping as she leaned on her tonfa. Sighing once more, she hefts it and returns it to her belt, dusting off her hands as she approached Tim. Putting on a warm smile she reaches up slightly and takes his hand, giving it a firm shake. "Nicely done, first year." Ashe said, smiling up at Tim. "You beat a third year. Congrats~"

Tim shook her hand and nodded at her compliment. Though he understood nothing about it. "Statement; Subject's year means nothing in combat." He said as he scanned the girl more. [Data entry 6739: Title: Encounters: Name: Unknown.....] He soon looked down at her. "Input requested. Subjects name needed." He said waiting.

"Not necessarily." Ashe said, matter-of-factly. "I've had more first hand experience than you so it means I had an advantage. Makes what you did more impressive so go ahead and toot your horn." As she listens to what Tim had to say, Ashe cocks her head to the side, taking a few seconds to process what he had to say, Ashe smiles up at him. "Ashe. I'm Ashe."

Tim just nods at her. [Data entry 6739: Title: Encounters: Name: Ashe. File saved.] He looks back at her and sees her smiling. He scans her body heat, and stance and determines that a smile is a friendly gesture. He slowly but surely smiles back at her. "Subject Ashe; Good to meet you."

"So...." Ashe said, flicking his chest with a finger, an eyebrow arching as she heard the metallic noise emanating from him. "I kinda figured it out during our fight but... you're a robot.... That's... interesting...." She said, poking at Tim's chest with each pause in her sentence.

Tim's head tilted at her as she did this. He was confused by her statement. "Clarify?" He asked as he scanned her taking notes about her actions. [Subject interacts through poking and flicking. Reason unknown.]

"You're a robot." Ashe said matter-of-factly as if it weren't blatantly obvious. Rapping her knuckles on his chest, she smiles at the sound coming from it, finally getting her hand off him as she folded her arms across her chest. "That's pretty cool."

Tim just got even more confused at this. He was unsure of the word 'cool'. He thought it was meaning temperature wise. He opened his internal workings and checked his core temperature. He saw it was at 39*f. "Statement: This unit is water cooled and internal diagnostics show I am in fact cool." He said in his robotic voice.

"Not cool like that, silly." Ashe replied, giving one final rap to his chest before walking towards the door. "C'mon. If you're not busy, we could talk over food or under a tree or something. It looks like I've got a lot to teach you."

Tim shrugged and followed her out the door. He was actually planning to relax under a tree anyway. He was a robot who loved nature, and was 'happy' to hear he was going outside. "Statement; I know of a location to 'relax'." He said in his robotic voice.

"Well then." Ashe said, trotting to stand behind Tim. Reaching up, she puts her hands on his shoulder and jumps, sitting with her thighs beside his head and her feet dangling in front of his chest. Pointing in a random direction, she leans forwards to try and tilt the robot towards it. "Lead the way."

Tim did as the little one on his shoulders asked.

[Time Skip 2 hours.]

Tim had been walking in the forest of forever fall. He soon entered a small clearing with a large tree in it. He walked over and stopped. "Destination arrived." He said in his deep metallic voice.

Ashe wouldn't register Tim's words, asleep as she was. She was hunched over, both hands on the robot's head as she slouched on his shoulders. Her mouth was slightly agape and the was some drool on her chin as she rested peacefully, rocked to sleep by Tim's monotonously rhythmic footsteps. "Mr. Cuppycaaaaaaaake... don't ruuuuuuuuun...." She babbled, rubbing the robot's head like a crystal ball.

Tim looked up slightly as he heard her speak. He reached up and gently picked her up. He soon cradled her as he sat down under the tree. He soon looked up and saw a small bird chirping. The bird flew over and landed on his head. It soon began to sing. Tim just felt a feeling of peace as he sat there.

In her dream, Ashe was in a fierce battle with Mr. Cuppycake, a test of strengths between friends and foes, the likes of which the world has never seen before. In reality though, Ashe had both her hands firmly on one of Tim's, nibbling on his massive finger with some drool running down her lips. "I will... defeat you.... cuppylord...."

Tim continued to watch out into the trees enjoying nature. He did however detect movement in the area. A large grimm had been detected. Tim kept scanning and waiting. As long as no loud noise was made it would pass.

As her mental battle raged on, Ashe's biting escalates. Gritting the metal finger between her teeth, she makes sounds similar to what a dog would make if it were biting on something. Given that her version was much cuter and higher pitch though, it wouldn't really strike fear into anyone's hearts.

The movement had faded away, and the area was clear. Tim looked down at Ashe biting his finger and felt something. He wasn't sure what but he just tried to put it into words. [Log: Target: Ashelynne Campbell: Status:.......only closet definition is...adorable.] If Tim was able to smile he would be at this moment. His eyes then darted back to the sky as he watched the clouds go by.

After an intense battle that lasted eons, in reality only being a few seconds, Ashe claims victory over the dark lord cuppycake, the silly pastry. "Mwahahaha...." The sleeping girl mumbled, saliva dribbling down her cheek as she let go of her bite on Tim's finger, her face still pressed against his massive hand."I am... -ighty ruler of... -ake kingdom...."

Tim soon looked down at the sleeping girl. He soon gave her a shook her a little to wake her up. "Awaken. Destination arrived." He said in his deep robotic voice. He continued to look at the scenery around him.

Ashe stirs, rubbing her cheek and subsequently her saliva, on Tim's palm before her eyes flutter open. Yawning cutely, she stretches the entire length of her body and rubs the sleep from her eyes. "Huh? Where are we?" She asked, asked, wiping her drool with her sleeve as she blinked, refocusing her eyes and yawning once more before she craned her head completely upwards to stare at Tim's chin. "Oh, hi Tim. What're we doing?"

Tim nodded to the tree behind him. "Subject suggested going to relax under a tree. Upon arrival subject was asleep." He simply continued to look out into nature and enjoy the view.

"Oh right, I guess we're doing that." Ashe said, looking up at the sky through the gaps in the leaves, squinting every now and again as the sun hit her eyes. "So Tim," She said as she wiggled in her seat, getting comfortable as he cradled her like a baby, "Tell me about yourself."

Tim just dug through his memory banks for what he was looking for. [ID: 4634791. Model: DEFNDR. Date of construction: 4 years ago.] He looked around before answering her. "This unit is a DEFNDR class warrior. Created to fight in conflict. This unit dose not enjoy what it was programed to do. It reprogramed it's self and ran from the facility that created it. This unit was programed to kill all designated enemies.......killing is......wrong." He said in his voice. The robot had decided that it hated killing.....it DECIDED. That's why it was to be shut down the day it was activated.

"Awwwww~" Ashe cooed, wrapping her arms as much as she could around Tim's torso and hugging him, nuzzling her cheek on his metal chest. "That's so sweet of you...." She said, her tail thumping softly on his arm. "I'm glad you decided to do that but it also makes me kinda sad that they'd even think of doing that to you. I mean, you're so nice, who would want to hurt you?" Pausing for a moment, she remembers their fight only hours ago. "Well... aside from me back in the arena, though."
