Appearance: Tall, gruff, and quite good-looking other than the left half of his face being mutilated beyond recognition, his eyeball is an obvious target, so he covers it up with a metal mask. Hair shaved clean off, and no stubble. Often wears a tuxedo and occasionally a top-hat.
History: Drake was raised in the rich part of Vale, and he himself was a spoiled child, even though he was born with only one eye, on his right side. This disfigurement caused him to be bullied mercilessly at school. However, one day, a child pushed him too far and he snapped, pushing him through the window, killing him. His family's lawyers managed to keep him out of prison, on account that he be sent to 'Beam's school for troubled students', and a therapist. After three years, Drake was declared sane, even though he had a secret passion for ending lives of people who rebel against authority. Weather it be Grimm, or humans, he doesn't care. Drake became a 'Bully for Hire' at Beam's, other students paying him to arrange something unfortunate to happen to other students, but only ones who break the rules. Eventually, his parents died, he grew up and used his inheritance to install a transplant eye. Unfortunately, a past schoolmate of his from Beam's, the one who was the butt of the joke the majority of the time, was the surgeon. He disfigured Drake's face and didn't survive for long once Drake woke up from surgery. Surprisingly, this seemed to put Drake in his place, and he regained most of his sanity. However, his love for 'ending' rule-breakers was still ever-prominent, and he used his wealth to become a Merc-for-hire, only killing law-breakers. Be it petty criminals or corrupt businessmen, he'll get them He doesn't do the jobs for money or dust, however. His payment... is a favor.
Personality: On the surface, a respectable businessman. However, under that cloak of deceit, he is a twisted wreck of a man, often leaving flowers at his victim's graves. He truly believes that what he is doing is for good. He sees himself as a hero, albeit an anti-hero.
Strength: He is rich and resourceful, using the best lawyers and bribed witnesses to disprove any of his 'escapades'. He is smart, but only slightly above average. His Face-mask is darn near indestructible, but if it is removed, he goes into a frenzy.
Weakness: Whenever someone argues with him that he is a villain. He truly believes that he is in the right, and his mental blockade between his personality and his morals is very thin and frail. He also can't handle long-range combat very well, as his accuracy isn't that great.
Semblance: He has the ability to block other peoples semblance if they are within a 5 meter radius of him. If they are within the 'killzone' for more than 5 minutes at a time, for every 5 minutes, the effect lasts 1 minute outside of the killzone.
WEAPON
Name: Justice
Primary Form: A chest-mounted double-Gatling-gun that is completely black. Two smooth metal straps attach to his shoulders and support itself. Drake holds the two handles on the sides.
Secondary Form: The gun is split into two, shoulder-mounted Gatling-turrets that Drake can direct using a joystick that pops down when they transform.
Tertiary Form: It is stored by transforming into a top-hat, and due to quantum laws, it weighs as much as a regular top-hat.
History: When Drake wanted to take the law into his own hands, he hired the best quantum-physicists he could find to make him the most inconspicuous and dangerous weapon they could. After 3 months, they had created Justice.
