The Hunters Dome Arena: Tag-Team Combatants [Ongoing][ 2.0]

Artemis landed on the ground safley and dug her feet into the ground before checking her weapons and wildly spraying before having to attempt to cover her ears from the screech.

Dio landed on the the ground next to a large hole in the ground where a bug used to be. He covered his ears tightly as he heard the most horrific sound ever. "LOUD LOUD LOUD, DEATH NOISES!?"He motions to Arty to kill it but she probably wouldn't be able to through the screaming.

The bug stops screaming and runs past Dio back to the hole. The shrieking echoing in the cave. It reaches where the other ran to.

As Artemis regains her hearing the sound of fluttering and high-pitched and quick chittering fills her ears. Suddenly she spots a red and black blur darting and bobbing through the trees in front of her. As it approaches her it suddenly darts upward in a quick climb through the air. It soon slows down then comes to a complete stop as it quickly flutters it's four wings. It's details are indiscernible with the Sun at its back however Artemis can make out it's general outline. Four quick moving wings and eight legs hanging underneath its body, a long sharp beak extruding from its head, and a long sting extruding outwards from its back that appeared to be about three feet in length that resembled that of a Deathstalkers with the rest of the body being about the size of a office desk. As Artemis stared upward at the Grimm a faint chittering could be heard around her before suddenly another of the Grimm shot out from her left in a slight decline with its wings outstretched, not moving, and the wings heading straight for her gut. As it shot forward she could make out one small detail, the leading edges of the wings were coated in bone armor.

Meanwhile a small slot high up on the arena's wall slid open, and out flew a small hovering camera. It took a moment to observe the battlefield before quickly lowering itself into the trees and made its way to Dio, observing the battle from up on one of the tree limbs. Miles away from the arena, Televisions flickered on and the channels tuned into the Dome net to see a view of a man fighting a large bug Grimm.

Dio walks over to the hole where the Grimm went down and began to descend it, "Get back here you buggy assholes!" Dio lit up his chakrams by infusing them with fire dust. He aimed blindly down the hole as he heard sounds of them getting closer to him. He could meet them anytime and anywhere in the dark tunnels. "Dionysus used flame! It's super, effective assholes!"

"Well crap" she muttered to herself before using her speed to her advantage by doing a quick cartwheel to the side. When she finished she would plant one foot firmly on the ground and raise her other heel above her head before bringing her heel quickly down on whatever attacked her in a powerful axe kick.
