The Hunters Dome Arena: Singular Combatant [Ongoing] [2.0]

The sound of a microphone filled the stadium followed by the unmistakable voice of Vulco. "ATTENTION LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! WELCOME TO THE HUNTER'S DOOOOOOOOOME! TODAY'S FIRST COMBATANT, COMING IN AT FIVE FOOT ELEVEN AND ONE-HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FIVE POUNDS, IT'S DORAGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON KAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIII!!!!" As he speaks, or rather screams, these words Doragon's door opens to reveal the ground sprouting artificial vines and other flora along the floor of the Arena as well as the roof sliding open to reveal a large metal cage above it. Soon after, many large, dense, metal trees rise from the ground to give the arena a jungle look to it. "AND HIS OPPONENT WILL BE THE BEAST FROM THE TREES, THE TERROR ON EIGHT LEGS.....THE ARASHEL!!!" On the other side of the arena, the screeching of rusty doors opening could be heard.

From the dark cage glowed a total of 24 menacing red eyes, a series of wet clicks resounded from the dark before an arashel soldier stepped out into the sunlight, venom and saliva dripping from its fangs. The leader of the group surveyed the arena, marked as its territory by the officials; it had its mission: protect that territory. The massive, hairy spider wandered the fake jungle, memorizing every vine and tree in what it believed was its home. It was almost pitiable. On it's final lap around, the arashel spotted an intruder and let out a fearsome screech and stopped its eight legs to warn the little man to back off. Its companions climbed up separate trees, keeping guard in case of more intruders. The leader arashel lowered its head and moistened its fangs, prepared to charge.

Doragon walks into the forest arena and sees the beast hanging from above. "Well aren't you just the ugliest thing ever, and you have friends I see." Doragon notices the smaller spider like creatures moving above. Noticing the Arashel threatning an attack, Doragon unsheathes Storm and Stress and prepares to defend himself from an attack.

For at least 30 seconds, the spider remained still, save for the occasional stomp or hiss. Finally and suddenly, the beast stood tall on its hairy legs and let out a fearsome screech at the intruder, sending fleck of saliva from its fangs flying at him. The other two spiders returned the screech, one at a time, communicating silently with pheromones. Another long moment passed before the alpha arashel raised its two front legs as a final warning. The two smaller spiders drew closer, hidden by the fake leaves.

"Hmmm this is taking too long, need to focus the smaller ones first then the big one."  Doragon takes off running into the forest and up the trees to fight on same level. "Ah trees, feels like home again." As Doragon runs through the forest around the spiders he pays close attention to find the location of the two smaller spiders. His blades glowing blue and orange ready to take them out.

Enraged, the alpha arashel charged, chasing after Doragon who was now running through its territory. The massive spider let out a low screech, followed by a high screech, warning its comrades of the attacker. The screech was returned, and a moment later, one of the smaller spiders dropped stinger first from the leaves, its deadly point oozing venom and aimed at Doragon's chest. Meanwhile, the alpha began climbing a parallel tree, ending up a short jump away from the intruder.

A small box-like machine with a large camera lens appears next to Doragon, following his movements just before the the sound of the intercom system turning on again could be heard. "LOOKS LIKE HE'S TAKEN HIS FIRST STEPS INTO THE JUNGLE, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!! MUCH LIKE A SMALL CHILD TAKING HIS FIRST STEPS INTO THE WORLD. LET THE BLOOD BATH BEGIN!!!" Vulco's voice boomed from the speakers set around the arena. Screens around the world flicked on as people switched to the Dome Net channel to watch the newest fights.

Doragon quickly reacts to the stinger heading for him and quickly side steps out of the way, while he dodges the attack he slashes at the spiderling hoping to deal fatal damage and then dashes away from the giant one, not quite yet ready to face that one yet. His search for the other spiderling continues.

The arashel's armored hide caught most of the blow, but it was sent flying off to the side, screeching its warning call. The alpha leaped off the tree, chasing after Doragon, all the while communicating silently with its companions via pheromone signals. The third spider was nowhere to be seen, still hidden in the leaves.

"Darn, thats annoying" Doragon thought as he noticed the Alpha chasing after him. "Well I was gonna have to fight you sooner or later!" Doragon turns around and dashes for the Arashel's legs and slashes at them as he passes by hoping to impair its movement somehow.

The arashel was too slow to dodge Doragon's attack, but it was strong enough for the swords to simply bounce off it's armored legs. It's stinger however, was much faster than the rest, it swung it's deadly point around behind it, trying to at least graze it's target.

Doragon barely notices the stinger coming in for him and and does his best to dodge the attack, the arashel managing to rip off the scarf he was wearing around him. "..........I really liked that scarf" Doragon thought to himself, "Your gonna pay for that one" He starts getting angry over the loss of his scarf and not being able to hurt the arashel at all. Doragon starts to glow orange and his Orange eye shines very brightly. He quickly takes off back at the arashel and starts slashing at the underside of the spider and then focuses on its eyes, despite there being many of them he hopes to impair the beast for some time.

Doragon caught the arashel past it's wide field of vision, it was helpless to defend against his attack on its unarmored belly. It screeched as its guts spilled out from its abdomen, causing its legs to give out, dropping all 800 lbs of spider on the floor. The alpha's companions responded, emerging from the trees and leaping towards Doragon stingers first.

Doragons aura ability only had a minute left to spare, but gave him enough reaction time to take the blunt of one of the arashels companions stinger with his sword. He quickly sidestepped the other stinger and moved to a nearby branch. There he connected both of his swords together and took a defensive stance.

"I wonder if they are the same as the big one......" Doragon thought to himself.

"Only one way to find out" He waited for the next attack from the companions.

The two spiders looked at one another, unsure of who's orders to follow. After a brief "conversation" of clicks and screeches, the two spiders split up, strafing Doragan before leaping simultaneously at Doragan, stingers aimed at his torso.

Doragon was ready for the attack, he quick stepped back and positioned his double-edged sword at just the right angle to stab both of the spiders underneath their bodies hoping to end this fight once and for all.

The spiders, mid air, found themselves symmetrically sliding down Doragon's swords through their bellies. One was killed instantly, it's heart impaled, the other screeched in pain and flailed on the sword, still alive, barely.

Doragon detaches his 2 blades and takes the one with the spider on it and impales it into a tree. With the other blade he flings the spider off of it and impales into the other spider to finish it off, making sure to hit the heart.

"AN AMAZING MATCH LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, AND ONLY THE FIRST OF MANY TODAY! LET'S GIVE A HAND TO DORAGOOOOOOOOOOOOOON KAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIII!!" A muffled roar of applause can be heard outside of the walls of the arena. "MR KAI PLEASE LEAVE THE ARENA IMMEDIATELY AND YOU WILL FIND YOUR SPECIALIZED PRIZE WAITING FOR YOU!!" The foliage and trees around Doragon sink back into the ground until he is standing in a blank white room with two doors on either side. One, clean and oiled, the door he came in from, and the other, painted in orange and black strips, where the Grimm had come from. He exits through the door and passes another man heading towards the arena. As he exits into the sun, he finds a small airship already waiting for him. Inside of the ship he finds an allocated motorcycle had been placed in the ship for him.

Doragon smiles and accepts his reward full heartly, after a hard battle he is happy to drive himself home, rather than walk.

Hands in pocket, hair swaying slightly with each step, Tsuteto looked at the huge dome he had entered. He was only here due to a bet he had lost with a student, albeit in his view the student had cheated. If it wasn't for the others essentially pushing him to do this, passing would have been his first choice.

Standing still after walking in for quite a bit, he looked around, wondering what he should expect to come. "I'll have to give him extra work when I get back," he whispers to himself as he looked at his white surroundings.

"ALRIGHT LADIES AND GRIMMS, THE SECOND ROUND OF THE SINGLE COMBATANT ARENA HAS STARTED! FIGHTING FOR HUMANITY WE HAVE TSUTETOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DRAAAAAAAAAACMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!" As he screams these words into his microphone, the ground begins sprouting with colorful artificial jungle flora along the floor of the Arena as well as the roof sliding open to reveal a large metal cage above it. Soon after, many large, dense, metal trees shot up around him, some nearly impaling him, giving the arena a rain forest look to it.

On the other side of the Arena two metal doors slowly swung open with a loud screeching sound like nails in a chalk board. "AND WHAT KIND OF EVIL DARK BEING WILL HE BE FIGHTING!? THEEEEEEEEE LEAPMAFOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! THESE LITTLE GUYS MAAAAAAAAAAAAY SEEM CUTE AND CUDDLEY BUT THEY WILL RIP. YOUR. THROAT OUT!! FFFFFFIGHT!!"

All the while a small panel on the arena's wall slides downward as a small hovering camera floats out. It observes the flora of the battle field for a moment before descending down to Tsuteto. It floats in front of his fast for a moment as a red light on the front of the camera lights up. It then floats around him and observes him from the back.

As the gate opens 10 small grimm, each about the size of a child, screeched and screamed loudly. Their wide eyes darted around in a confused gaze, rage clear in their expression.
These, however, were above-average leapmafoo. Apposed to normal leapmafoo, who were slender with a few round bones sticking from their backs, these were muscular with spiked bones. Mixed with their screams were loud howls, a battle cry.
Suddenly , after locking their eyes on Tsutedo, they darted into the trees, seeming organized in their movements. Though now out of sight, their horrible howls and screeches could still be heard.

With wildlife springing up one after another, it was only natural for Tsuteto to start stepping side to side, as if it was some form of dance. With the camera appearing in front of him, he looked at for a moment, his and its gaze locking for a second. As he raised his arm to wave it away, it then moved away, behind him. "Really now," he scoffed, looking at all the changes that took place, "Such a nuisance this is."

It wasn't too long after that he heard the gates opening, and several footsteps treading across the ground. He looked all around him as figures darted left and right, moving about in a seemingly organized manner. He couldn't quite get the total of them, but it was certainly more than six it seemed. With the sheer numbers and the dense forest like scenario, it wasn't boding too well. Reaching up and over his shoulder, he grabbed the hilt of his blade, and wasted no time in drawing it out. "Time for clean up," he joked to himself, slashing the blade immediately to his right, chopping down a tree next to him.

A loud screech came from the tree Tsutedo had cut down, one of the leapmafoo jumping down at him. Once his screech was let out more came out in response around, hidden in the trees from all angels. As if in response another of the beast jumped down to the ground, going for Tsutedo's legs with it's teeth bared.
