True Love, in the form of a box [Closed]

After a few moments Artemis began taking bigger drinks of beer at a time until the bottle was empty of its contents and Artemis carelessly tossed it on the floor. Without a word she wrapped her arms around Dio tightly and hugged him while rubbing her cheek against his "I love you Dio!" as proved already Artemis was very clingy and would stay like this until she is sober.

"I love you too, I haven't seen you this lovey dovey in a while!"He rubs his cheek up against her and then goes to put his arm around her again but realizes she's still in her armor. "Hey Art, you want to change into something more comfortable? Like your sleeping clothes or something?"Dio stood up grabbing her hand so she would get up. "Drunk already eh, GDA"

"Anything for you Dio!" She smiled before hopping to her feet and running off to her room to get changed. Minutes later she appeared in what was her sleeping clothes. It consisted of a nightgown with a striped pattern on it. Her hair was done up in a pony tail that showed off her ears as she ran and dove into Dio's (hopefully open) arms.

Dio hugs her with his open arms. He thought to himself. "Wow she's clingy, only one beer, that is all that is necessary."He walks her over to the couch and sits her down next to him and he puts his arm around her. He flips on the new age television and watches what looks like a terrible cooking show. On it they were making some sandwiches looking exactly like his. "Damn these guys, always stealing my ideas." In reality he knew that he gets all his recipes from this show. "So Art, what would you like to do?"He said slowly so she could make sense of what he was saying.

Artemis scowled at the tv for a moment "Always stealing your wonderful recipes!" before returning to Dio. "I wanna stay with you!" she said as she rubbed her ears against Dio as if asking him to massage them. "Or" she trailed off "We can cook together! I can wear the apron you got me!" she smiled brightly.

Dio smiles at the idea and replies by saying, "Let's cook something, then 'relax' a little. Let's find something good to cook, BUT FIRST!" Dio runs off into the bedroom grabbing the apron he got Artemis for her birthday last year handing it to her to put on over her nightgown.

Artemis happily took the apron and wrapped it around her and tied it onto her body. It may have been a little tighter than she had intended but otherwise it was a perfect fit. She smiled at Dio and gave him a small kiss on the cheek "What are we making today Mr.Head chef Dio master!?"

"Today, we're going to be making meatloaf! It's easy and the best part is! You can help!"He says this while moving over to Artemis petting her on the head while rubbing her ears. "Can you grab me a spatula little kitty?"He laughs and picks up some seasoning from the cabinet before getting some pans out of the pantry.

Artemis saluted Dio  quickly after her ordered  were issued. "Sir yes sir!" before marching over to the drawer and grabbing a spatula for Dio. She turned and handed it to Dio and smiling "I love your meatloaf!" she beamed.

Dio smiles at Artemis and takes her hand. He places the meat in a tray and puts some spices on it. "Would you mash this up and mix it Arty? If you could that would be great!" He then takes out onions and begins to chop them with some tears in his eyes. "Goddamn onions...Arty don't look at me, I'm not decent ;_;"

Artemis grabbed a small rag and cleaned up Dio's tears and spoke in a soft voice "Its ok to cry" before suddenly returning to her former self and humming a small tine while mashing and mixing the meats. "This is gonna be yummy!"

Dio smiles and stops chopping onions for a moment and hugs Arty. He pats her head and continues to chop. He notices Arty has chopped a good amount of meat and says, "Ok little kitty, time to throw the meat in the oven!"He walks over and shapes the meat into a loaf shape. He then leaves the rest up to Artemis. He continues readying spices and everything. "Set the oven to cook it for 5 minutes, then we add the veggies and spices!"

Artemis smiled as she followed Dio's instructions to the letter, she even timed the oven to exactly five minutes on the point before turning to Dio "It beeped!" she said as the oven reached its timer.

Dio said in his mind, "No shit it beeped..." But he didn't want to tell that to Artemis. He reached out and booped her nose making a 'beep' noise. He took out the loaf and cut it open. It was still pink inside and he began putting the onions and stuff inside after he made small holes for them. He would then remix the meat and shape it again to the form of a loaf and put it back in the oven for 10 more minutes. The loaf would have to sit for about an hour in the oven again. "What shall we do in the meantime? OH I got it!" He handed Artemis another beer and said, "I'm sorry to ask but, do you meow?"

Without any hesitation Artemis grabbed the beer from Dio's hands and brought it up to her lips before downing the entire bottle. She appeared to be hardly able to stand and wobbled around the place for a moment and falling forward and holding herself tightly to Dio's chest to prevent herself from falling. "D-do I meow?" Artemis rubbed her ears against Dio's chin before letting out a small meow that sounded rather convicing.

Right as Artemis let out her small yet cute meow Dio clutched his heart. After his minor heart attack he wrapped his arms around Artemis and hugged her. He rubbed her ears and then sat her down so she wouldn't fall. As he sat her down he began to set the table with utensils and glasses of water. He smiled as he watched Arty try and keep herself upright in the chair.

((Time skip to am hour later))

Dio was awoken by the sound if the buzzer as he sat up at the table across from Artemis. He stood up and took the now brown loaf out of the hot oven. He set it on the table and took a knife splitting it in half. He put a medium sized piece of loaf on Arty's plate. Then his own. He smiled as he said, "Bon appetite Arty!"

Artemis was awoken to Dio placing food on her plate. She quietly opened her eyes and let out a small yawn and rubbing her eyes before looking at the food in front of her. She gave a smile to Dio and blew a kiss to him before cutting a piece of meatloaf and placing a bite-sized part into her mouth and chewing. "Dio! You are the best cook ever~!" she beamed.

Dio said to Arty, "Naw, your the bestest helper ever!" He gave her a rub on the head and a slight boop on the nose and sat down to take a bite of the loaf. He put a nice large piece in his mouth and ate it. "I didn't think this would turn out so well, I guess I doubted myself a little there!" Dio rubs the back of his neck in a little fit of embarrassment. He says to a Arty, "So what do you want to do next?" He looked outside to make sure it was still raining, and sure enough it was a downpour.

Artemis thought for a moment as her ears seemed to twitch slightly with each passing thought that went by in her mind. After a minute of thinking the girl sprung from her chair and ran into the bedroom before flopping into the bed "I'm sleepy again Dio" She rubbed her eyes before crawling under the covers and purring quietly as she closed her eyes but she was not asleep yet.

Dio heard what Arty said and shrugged a little disappointed in her choice of activity. He walked into the bedroom realizing himself that he was a bit tired. He hopped onto the bed on the other side of Arty and heard a low purring sound. He began to pet her head as he smiled saying, "Ya know, your cute when you purr like that." Dio finally got an idea that he hoped Arty would catch on to. He fell off the bed with an 'oof' clutching his heart. He laid on the ground breathing heavily. He said loud enough so Arty could hear, "Arty, halp!" He began to smirk hoping his plan would play out.

Without warning Artemis sprang from the bed and began spring around the room and throwing random items in hopes of finding something to help poor Dio "OHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGOD" Artemis ran around the room before tripping over Dio with a thud.
"Uh...RIGHT CPR!" Artemis lowered her head to Dio's and placed her lips onto his before lightly blowing air into his mouth. "Y howp dis worths"

Dio looked up as soon as Arty touched his lips with hers and blew some air into his mouth. He smiled saying, "Thanks Arty, you're the best!" Dio took advantage of her placement and hugged her. He whispered in her ear, "I think I know what we're doing next Arty..." He began to pull her in slowly for a kiss hoping she wasn't too tired for a little 'fun'.

Artemis returned Dio's kiss lovingly and pulled him into a tight hug as her ears twitched. Her face became rather red with embarrassment and she-
