Appearance: Merc is 5’6” and 130 pounds. He’s lanky but lean and has almost no fat on him. He has mid-length wavy dark brown hair that he never combs so it looks shaggy. His eyes are a bright silver He wears a thick long-sleeve shirt with reinforced material to protect him from his surroundings. He also has reinforced grey pants that serve the same purpose as his shirt. He wears a thin layer of matte black, red, or white leather armour over his clothes to cover vital points but leave the joints uncovered to not restrict his movement. Over that he wears a black, red, or white hoodie to conceal his face on missions and he also has a grey and white or black and red camouflage scarf he has wrapped around his neck which he can pull up to cover his mouth and nose. He wears dark combat boots letting his pants cover down to the top of his foot concealing most of the boot. On his hands he wears dark archers’ gloves to make sure he fingers don’t start bleeding from constant use of his bow as that would make a job tricky. He wears a quiver on a belt that rests across his lower back sticking sideways where the arrows stick out to the side instead of over his shoulder and his collapsible bow diagonally over the upper portion of his back

History: Merc grew up in an exceedingly poor family. They barely got by even with all of them working to support the family. Merc couldn’t hold down a job due to his young age and without his parents knowledge he became a mercenary and started being able to pull their family out of the financial rut by taking any job from heist to assassination. Soon in the underground world he became known as and codenamed the Silver Archer due to his silver coloured arrows from tip to nock. Merc helped slowly pull his family out of the poor class. When he was old enough he tried to attend any school that would train him to become a hunter to better help his parents in their struggle. But every school refused him admittance. Some on the grounds of not being able to afford it while others found out he was the Silver Archer. After being rejected from every school Merc became bitter and left home to return to the underworld with the goal of making enough money to help his parents and prove everyone they made a mistake in not letting him attend. Now Merc is a high-class mercenary and assassin. He works for whoever has the most to pay and is known to serve his own benefits during his freelancing. He has improved with his archery which has all but become a lost art well enough to hold his own in the world. As he got better he has started using Dust Arrows He mostly lives and operates in the Forever Fall Forest or the Snowy Forest unless he’s off on a mission in which case he travels to wherever he must.

Personality: Merc used to be kind and open but after the incident with the schools he has become quiet and guarded. He prefers to talk with his arrows than his words. Merc is a rather dark person who doesn’t tolerate screw ups from himself or others. He rarely ever speaks but when he does it’s only as a tactical situation or chewing someone out. He has become a very cold person and has lost almost all compassion for humans and faunus alike. He’d much rather put an arrow in them than hold a conversation. The only time he has been noted to get along with someone would be whenever they’re paying him or there’s something in it for him like a heist and even then it’s a very strained relationship. His favourite hobby when not taking a job is taking down Grimm.

Strength: Good reflexes, excellent marksman, can use bow for close combat, good hand to hand combatant, dependable on getting a job done, ruthless and takes orders well so long as you’re paying.

Weakness: Anti-social, bad at communication, Lacks trust, cold, ruthless, bitter, angry, unless getting paid by the person he is bad at following orders, tires quickly in drawn out close combat fights and more likely to put an arrow in a straggler than wait for them to catch up.

Semblance: Slows his heart down and increases his focus to the point where everything appears to be going in slow motion

WEAPON

Name: Silver Piercer

Primary Form: Collapsible silver custom bow/silver Arrows. Able to fire multiple shots at once.
Secondary Form: Dust Arrows/Trick arrows- Merc has multiple dust and trick arrows some include exploding arrows (Entire arrow is red instead of silver), freezing arrows (Blue Arrow), Taser arrows (Yellow Arrow), rocket propelled arrows (White arrow with a small rocket in place of the fletching), Anchor arrows (uses cables to hold things in place, doesn’t generally work on bipeds well but is excellent for quadpeds and objects such as boxes, Black Arrow), Poison Gas Arrow (Green Arrow), Armour Piercing Arrow (Looks just like his standard arrow but has a serrated arrow head) more as he develops them.

History: The weapon Merc uses now is something he created himself over the years to his exact specifications and design. Merc has been using a bow ever since he first became a Mercenary and it was the only thing he ever managed to wield effectively not liking a sword or lance. Merc used some of the funds he got from his numerous missions to fund the creation of this bow and his dust arrows. The idea for dust arrows was given to him by a past employer who commented that it was strange for someone with only a single weapon with a single form to not use dust. Merc didn’t spend too much on the Dust Arrows as he stole the Dust in a heist. The only money it took was paying a smith he frequents to turn the dust into arrows along with his ideas for a few trick arrows. The bow is designed to withstand sword and club strikes alike. The front of the bow has a slide bladed edge to it allowing it to be used in close combat to aid in Merc’s hand to hand combat. Merc has been known on a rare occasion to use an arrow as a close range weapon by stabbing it into his enemy to create a moment of hesitation so he can create some distance.

Looks good everywhere except for weakness. We tend to make people have at least one thing that could come up in any form of combat. Everything else is fine, though Semblance might need some edits in the future.

Weakness looks sound - perhaps some more detail? Does the exhaustion start to affect his other capabilities? How does it affect him mentally as well?
