Appearance: She is 5'10 and weights 132lbs. She has natural snow white curly hair. She usually wears a black dress with a white sweater with white tights and black boots. She is not buff nor fat nor skinny, she is just average.

Personality: She is shy, distant and quiet she also will fight if she gets threatened. She usually will not pick fights with people unless they insist. She will not talk very much during parties or social events.

History:  She was the child of a well-known noble except the noble had an affair with a woman and Serena was the offspring. The mother took care of her in Vale. She grew up hated by all other children and shooed away by adults. She has become a independent woman. She also never met her father in her whole life. She has grown up with her mother who is fine, at the moment . She learned capoeira from a gang she met although they ended up dying. Serena was part of the gang... until the cops brutally beaten all the gang members to death, she now refers to all cops as 'Dumb Cops'. She carries her mothers burdens, dreams and the gang's style.
 
Strength: Fighting, supporting, giving advice.

Weakness: Social events, stress, over thinking the worst situations. And pie.

WEAPON

Name: Ultima Subdiderit (Final Dominion in Latin)

Primary Form: Her boots are the regular form. They are black leather boots.

Secondary Form/Function: The boots can activate blades on her command making her kicks deadly.The blades are on the toe of the boots.

History: She created them with access to a free forge and she added blades to them, her only pair of boots. The blades are from blades of the gang's leader who died fighting police that they were running from and Serena made these boots in honor of the Gang name, Ultima.

So overall you could use more detail on the character. More so in the character history and weapons. You can add more else where if you feel it is necessary.

Also your character is really thin so you know. While it's not a guideline you might want your character close to what would be considered the normal BMI range. You can calculate that at this site. Having a character close to the normal range maybe would make much more sense for being good at fighting.

This would also make more sense with her description.
