Name: Sky Captain Maximillion Valentine: Captain of the Sky

Symbol: A bronze clockwork butterfly. (A butterfly made from gears and cogs)
Appearance: Maximillion Valentine is a rather tall man at 6'5". He is well built and muscular. He has short brown hair parted slightly to the right and kept very tidy. He has a moustache that one could describe as nefarious. It is thick and curled at the ends, much how one would expect such a nefarious 'stache to look. He wears a short, brown top hat with large WW1 pilot esque goggles on it. He wears a long duster coat with a black button up vest underneath. He wears black suit pants with brown stripping, along with a belt that is much too large, the end of it hanging down a bit. The belt buckle is a large brown gear that reaches to his belly button. He also has black, shined shoes and a rather fancy pipe.
Personality: The Sky Captain is hyperactive, self absorbed, and extraordinarily loud. He, somehow, has a way with the ladies that rarely fails. He will only ever refer to himself in the third person and demands everyone to call him by his full name and title or at least "Sky Captain". Even though he is about as brash as one can be, he is quite chivalrous and is well mannered.
History: The Sky Captain is a pirate, through and through. His childhood was spent living on harbors and stowing away on ships. He never much cared for the idea of parents telling him what to do so he ran away at an early age to pursue a life that better suited him. That life happened to be that of a sky pirate. He has raided many caravans and stolen from whoever he pleases. He's no stranger to smuggling, having sneaked over four hundred pounds of moonshine into Vale. He is very familiar with combat and is very skilled with his weapon, The Steel Butterfly.
Strength: Very strong and unpredictable, rarely afraid of any situation. Very strong willed.
Weakness: Can get very tunnel sighted when his goal is in sight, not paying attention to much else happening. Get very similar in a fight and can get a bit carried away at times. He is also not the most sane individual. Tends to take unnecessary risks because either he thinks it will be cool or because simply, "The Sky Captain does not care!"
WEAPON
Name: The Steel Butterfly
Primary Form: A large mace that has about a two and a half foot long shaft and a large head that appears to be made of brass cogs and gears. Though it is only painted to look brass, it is a very durable steel. The top is adorned with a thick plate that has his symbol on it.
Secondary Form/Function: By twisting the plate at the top the gears whir and turn, and eight barrels telescope down the shaft to its end. The thick plate moves around and shifts, giving Maximillion two handles on which he grabs the newly formed minigun. The center of the plate opens, revealing a compartment for him to put various canisters of dust, which the Steel Butterfly uses for ammunition. He fire by revving the handle in his left hand and shifts it back to a mace by pressing down on the right handle.
History: Over his many years of piracy, Maximillion developed the Butterfly, often tweaking and completely redesigning it. It took him several years to finish the Butterfly, but he finally did. And promptly smashed a few police men's skulls in. And then shot them with a minigun that can shoot lightning.
