Appearance:  Kuroha except  for his eyes which have heterochromia. His left eye is Green and  his right is Blue his brother Sol has the reverse of this effect on his eyes. Luan is indeed a faunus but has had his tail torn off in a act of stupidity and is now left only with the night vision effects of being a faunus.

Personality: Luan is very loud and never slows down as it seems he has no limit on his energy and will often be accused of being “too hyper”. He is usually rash in thinking and often doesn't think before speaking/acting. because of this he often acts on impulse without thinking of the consequences that will be caused due to his actions. Due to all these impulses and other things Luan can come off as a jerk to most people. Luan is the brawn compared to Sol's brains and is often treated like an attack dog by Sol (He really doesn’t mind though). Luan will quickly change is attitude on many subjects (even during a battle) and is rather thick headed in the sense that he will often miss hints dropped by other people. He often "allows" Sol to be the leader of the two only stepping into the leader role when Sol is having difficulties. Luan is very caring for is brother and tries his best to impress him.

History: Luan grew up in a rich home surrounded by his family. As a child he always looked up to his twin brother Sol. His brother was always so kind and caring and understanding to him he always looked out for him and made sure he didn't get into too many fights. Luan had always looked up to hunters and huntresses and decided that he was going to be just like his heros. He began studying robotics and finally completed his tentacles  (with the help of others) a year before taking the first step in his dream. When the time came to attend signal he convinced Sol to come with him he wouldn't know what to do without his brother at his side. Soon after arriving in signal he and his brother were scouted by Beacon academy and invited to attend earlier than most would due to the brothers talent in combat far exceeded what was expected at signal. Their ability to somewhat read what the other was going to do in battle fascinated the professors. Graduating Beacon, Luan carried on his dream to be a Hunter, and maybe one day be a teacher at Beacon or even a mercenary, only if his brother were to come with him.

Weakness: Will often act without a plan and just jump into a fight.

Strength:His tentacles allow him to attack multiple opponents at once or overwhelm a single opponent by surrounding or flanking with them. to counter Sol's speed Luan focuses on strength

Semblance: Eclipse: Between the Doxpara twins there are two types of eclipse. During the Solar Eclipse Sol (Luans twin) transfers all of his speed into Luan giving him enhanced speed along with Luans Strength and Durability this leaves Sol weak and slow . During the Lunar eclipse Luan transfers all of his Strength and Durability to Sol giving him the boost instead of Luan this leaves Luan very weak and vulnerable to damage. The switch also gives the receiving twin a fragment of the others personality as a side effect. The only other Visual indicator this gives is Luans eyes turn blue during a Lunar Eclipse and Green during a Solar Eclipse. Of course both twins need to agree to use either Solar or Lunar Eclipse for it to work.

WeaponName: Tentacles/Tendrils

Primary form: They look like this The QuadraClaws are a very precise and very powerful weapon that is precise enough to be  able to operate delicate machinery but strong enough to lift Luan’s weight easily (and carry him around) and still maintain agility. The Quadra claws are also hands free and attach to Luans back.The QuadraClaws are able to extend up to 20 feet and when not being used retract back onto Luans back and are hardly visible under his clothes. The each “arm” on the QuadraClaws can lift 1000 pounds of weight each. Although they are capable of lifting 1000 pounds of weight His spine sure cant therefore if he were to pick up a heavier object he has to use 1-3 of the free tentacle to support the weight to prevent bent/broken spine

History: Luan wanted a weapon that would make him stronger and allow him to multitask opponents while keeping his hands free. After he showed an aptitude in robotics he knew exactly what fit the bill for his weapon and finished constructing it a year before entering signal.
