Name: Petramara Evans

Age: 25

Symbol: A black anvil with a flame atop it.

Occupation: Forge and Crafting teacher at Beacon Academy.

Appearance: 6’ 2’’, green eyes, blonde hair in a hasty ponytail, medium bust, muscular upper body. She wears a red sleeveless shirt, a black “skirt” that is actually a blacksmith apron tied around her waist, red pants, black boots and a missing hand, replaced by a hammer. She is usually covered in soot and wears her welding goggles wherever she goes, atop her head.

Personality: First and foremost, Petramara will probably break your head if you call her by her full name. Petra is a kind woman, but can come off as hotheaded. She is a fanatic for weapons, making, designing, admiring, but not so much using. While technically a huntress, Petra paradoxically despises violence in any context. Nonetheless, she is an avid fighter and will fight to keep peace.

History: Petra was born under her huntress mother and aura researcher father. At the mere age of 6, Petra had forged her first dagger, (with her parents' help of course, tools are heavy for a 6 year old) and by the age of 13, a molten piece of steel claimed Petra’s left hand. With one hand out of commission and unfit for blacksmithing, Petra did the rational thing and cut the bad hand off at the wrist; Replacing it with a custom steel hammer.

Semblance: Dragon skin
Petra is essentially fireproof, Able to withstand temperatures well over 3000 degrees Fahrenheit. Unfortunately, her semblance makes her very susceptible to cold temperatures and ice based attacks.

Strength: Petra is physically very strong. Her hammer hand serves as a decent weapon in a pinch. With Dragon of the Forge in its flamethrower state, it is difficult for enemies to get close. Petra has surprising control over her hammer despite being one handed, mostly because she is ambidextrous.

Weakness: Dragon of the Forge has limited ammo and takes a while to reload. If you can get past her hammer hand, Petra is very easy to disarm. Beyond a charged flame shot, which takes an entire dust fill, Petra has no long range attack.

WEAPON

Name: Grinning Dragon

Primary Form: Grinning Dragon is a dust powered flame thrower in the shape of a Chinese dragon’s head. This form is mounted on her hammer hand. The flame thrower can be sprayed or charged for a long range, explosive shot; This attack takes a full or mostly full amount of dust.

Secondary Form/Function: The dragon’s mouth shuts and its head curls down. A handle extends from the bottom and the Dragon of the Forge can be used as a large war hammer.

History: After losing her left hand and unable to grip most of the weapons she knew how to use, Petra did what she does best, crafting her magnum opus, and her regaining her ability to hunt again.
