CHARACTER
Name: Franklin Dillinger
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Symbol: N/A at the moment
Appearance: He is a semi muscular man in his mid twenties. He tends to to wear a black suit vest over a white dress shirt along with black pants as well as a pair of black dress shoes. During battle or a robbery he has a set of armor that is comprised of two ballistic shoulder pads as well as a ballistic vest; along with his battle armor he also has a customized bullet-proof mask, for hiding his identity as well has protecting his face. He has brown hair that is spiked up in the front and brown eyes, with a smug look usually stuck on his face.
Personality: Frank is a stubborn, rude, and otherwise immoral person although he puts on a convincing facade and seems generally friendly and charismatic. He is however rational and tends to deal with his problems head on, rather than dodging around an issue. During the years of robberies and bank heist Franklin has stolen great deals of money, however due to his frantic spending habits he is only wealthy for short periods of time.
History: Growing up Frank had everything he could ask for, a loving family, wealth, a great education; this all changed the day his parents were murdered by a mother Ursa while taking a break for fresh air when the train running through the red forest had broken down. Upon hearing the news Frank went into a state of depression, ultimately wasting all of his families money and excommunicating himself from his friends. As one last chance to turn his life around he applied, and was accepted, to Beacon Academy. His first year went amazingly, he made new friends, fought Grimm, and was even named leader of Team FINL. During his second year however Beacon had decided to implement a psychological evaluation to all of it's students. When it came to Franks turn to take the test he was deemed "psychologically unstable" and unfit for Grimm combat. He was soon after expelled from the Academy. Angry at the Grimm for murdering his parents and furious at Beacon for not allowing him the chance to avenge his parents, Frank turned to a life of crime, stealing from stores, clubs, banks, people, anything to fill the void his parents left.
Strength:His battle equipment gives him excellent protection from ranged attacks, stopping most bullets along with limited dust attacks. His normal attire allows him to move very quickly if he is caught off guard and can easily move away from an unwinnable situation.
Weakness: His battle equipment slows him down significantly slowing down his walking/running, this also effects the height and distance he can be propelled with the Impes Caligas. While in his normal attire he is very easily damaged by ranged and melee attacks.
Semblance: Boost Buster- Franklin's semblance deflects minor blows, ranged and melee, and allows him to negate the weight of his combat armor (Much like Ruby negates the weight of her Crescent Rose's weight), this allows him to be launched the distance and height with his combat armor on as he would with normal clothes. If he has normal clothes on he is launched two times higher and farther. This requires a large amount of energy and as such he can only use it once per fight.
WEAPON
Name: Impes Caligas
Appearance: This pair of momentum launchers is disguised as a pair of black dress shoes.
Primary Form: These two unsuspecting dress shoes have small compartments on the side that, when pointed downward and out, can shoot a small burst of dust propelling the user in the the air, this is used as a viable air-step. However compartments can also be pointed outward and backwards, propelling the foot into a spinning kick, this momentum plus the weight of the battle armor proves for a very heft kick that is likely to knock most people back.
Secondary Weapon: Strapped on the back of his Ballistic vest Frank has a compact sub-machine gun with a long blade extending the length of the gun. The sub-machine gun can fire normal ammo as well as dust ammunition.
Secondary Form: The sub machine gun's handle can extend sideways while the gun extends to form what is basically a bladed nightstick.
History: Franklin created Impes Caligas during his years at Signal. Having studied the laws of momentum and finding them fascinating, he decided to build his weapon project around that basis.
