Personality:Emily is like any other girl who has lost everything and everyone she has ever loved. She is able to feel emotions although sometimes she will struggle to feel emotion. She struggles to make friends but keeps those that she likes close and protected, preferring them not to get killed like everyone else. She has a taste for booze and it doesn't affect her sight or her mobility but she may become slightly grabby and huggy which can cause people a lot of pain, although she has no internal organs she is still able to eat like a normal person but its is used entirely as energy with no waste except smoke. When she is being herself around friends she can often be very hyperactive at time but at others she can be rather dull but funny dull. When her dull side kicks in she tends to speak very simple minded and in a monotone, although her simple mindedness causes a lot of laughs. She believes strongly in luck.

History:Emily was born into a small, moderately wealthy family and would end up being a only child. From a young age she showed signs of being abnormal, not being able to talk properly, unresponsive and generally ignorant to everything around her. However she was always caring, never throwing tantrums as a infant, never throwing stuff around, always being calm. It wasn't until she was until she was five that she was finally diagnosed with being partially deaf to the point where you would have to scream at her for her to hear a whisper. She was given hearing aids and for the first time she was able to hear her mother and fathers voice however this joyful time was short lived as the country was on the brink of war between the country bordering with the one she lived in.

Her father was called into active service when Emily was only 6, her father being called up and them being separated had a bad effect on Emily's life causing her to become more hostile towards everyone and to become more quiet. She kept this behaviors up for the next year until the war seemed lost for her country and the fighting got close. One night, under the cover of darkness a surprise attack was launched by the neighboring country on the city she lived in, her countries military not prepared for such an attack. They attacked in mass numbers rushing the cities outer defenses and sending civilians into panic as they were rounded up and slaughtered barbarically. Hours after the attack had begun Emily found herself cowering in a hidden dugout under the house, alone as her mother gathered up supplies so they could stay there for as long as they needed when she heard an almighty bang and the doors shook, dust falling onto her a small layer of brick dust forming over her shoulders, then a sickening scream, one she would never forget, her mothers scream as the barbaric enemy burst through the gap in the wall and pushed her against the wall holding a gun to her head. Several more screams followed as the men did unspeakable things to her, before one last louder scream as a knife was plunged into her gut and then pulled up, her internal organs spilling out over the floor as she gasped one final time and fell forward, Emily looked up at the floor boards just a a metre away from her and above her as blood dripped through and a tear came to her eye. Emily cried to herself silently, tears covering her cheeks and making them shine as moonlight found its way through and cracks and shone on her face. Once she knew it was safe she crawled out from the dugout and there, lying on the floor was her mother, she collapsed to the floor crying again and curled up to her mother, hugging her despite her cadaverous state as a mysterious man loomed in the door way, a tear forming in the corner of his eye at the scene. The man walked forward and scooped her up, Emily too tired from crying and the emotions just went limp and allowed this mysterious man to carry her to a truck outside filled with soldiers, he put her in the one of the passenger seats and sat next to her smiling down on her.

The man raised her as his own, leaving the armed forces after seeing what his own men had done and how war affected even the innocent in the most negative way possible. for 8 years she was raised by him, and for 8 years she hated it, being raised by the man who had the power to stop her mothers killing, 8 years in hell. However she learned the not only humans and faunus can be killers, but nature is the worst of all. The war still raging on, she lived in a village with the meritorious man and 3 others, 1 woman who would always be kind and motherly to her who she did not return the kind favors to being reminded by her mother and two girls who she got on with, both were like sisters too her. One day though, in a turn of events nobody could of foreseen, Grimm attacked the village in mass amounts, the men of the village trying to fend them off but failing, resulting to going to protect their own families. The 5 of them, all bearing arms, tried to escape together however nothing has a happy ending. As they made their way out of the village they found themselves surrounded by 5 fully grown adult deathstalkers. The mysterious man attempted to attack them and wade them off but instead as he ran at one and jumped her found himself skewered on a deathstalkers tail spike, crimson red blood trickling from his chest as he coughed up blood, he was then violently thrown to the side and two other deathstalkers began to stab him repeatedly as his raspy screams curdled the woman's blood and sent shivers down the spine of the 4 girls. The four girls saw their chance to run and did so, though as they came to the outskirts they were met with one even larger deathstalker and several beowolves, the beowolves immediately going and attacking the woman and one of the girls, Emily and the other girl, Sam, were locked in a stalemate with the deathstalker whilst they heard the screams of the other two and the sound as flesh was ripped from bone and blood squirted everywhere, covering the beowolves in crimson red blood and pieces of flesh. Emily and Sam both rushed at the deathstalker and went to stab the deathstalker, Emily meeting with the stinger of the deathstalker as it pierced through her abdomen and out the other side. She looked down as the blood dripped from the wound then over at Sam who was stabbing it through the head and it threw Emily towards the ground as the beowolves circled around her and then.... silence.

Emily woke up in a unfamiliar place, unable to feel anything, unable to remember much. She had lost both arm and legs to the beowolves as well as everyone else. They had repaired her body using advanced mechanics, her torso and head were all that were salvageable and that is what they used as a foundations for her new body. They had taken all of her internal organs out and replaced them with a analog type generator know as the temple 9. She quickly got to terms with her new body, despite having no memories of her life before they rebuilt her, but struggled to get to grips with life again, choosing to stay quiet and not to speak up. Emily was given a choice, she could either join the armed forces and fight alongside other experiments or go on a strict course of combat training course. She chose the combat training and as her first assignment had to create a weapon, then wowing her teacher when she was able to create Jaeger. Once she had completed her training for the new government she was given an opportunity to go to beacon which she accepted.

During her trip to beacon she found out something she wishes she hadn't, they had not kept her brain but instead they had programmed her. She had no memories because they couldn't program memories that they didn't know. She only knew what she was told. She quickly discovered a new talent, she could go from advanced electronic device to advance electronic device (ie her body to a scroll).

Strength:Jaeger, Strong, long range and short range weaponry as well as long range weaponry, her body is heavily armored, able to jump 5m due to her legs, Jaeger is able to kill Grimm quickly using its many techniques. Not easily distracted from her task. No remorse for killing Grimm, Her body is made of titanium and carbon fiber meaning it is strong and light.
Weakness:Jaeger has no frontal armor, her cybernetic eyes have tendency to short out causing temporary blindness. Struggles to feel emotions at times, finds it hard to make friends, Jaeger is her best weapon but is too big to enter building conventionally making clearing buildings a pain. Jaeger's jet pack has a long cool down time. Can be deleted. Prone to rampancy fits in which her ability to fight becomes severely impaired. Jaeger can be taken down by shots to the back of its legs as there is no armor. Her cyborg body is weak to shots to the joints. if water gets into her cyborg body it causes it to short circuit. Slow movements in the Jaeger meaning avoiding shots is almost impossible

Abilities:
- Able to enter any advanced electronic device anything from a mobile phone to a super computer, although some firewalls are impassable to her without some brute force
- Able to hack most electronics such as door panels, computers, airship computers ect. However she cannot hack past anything which has highly advanced firewall or a highly advanced security system such as military grade computers.
- Backing up - if she is somehow deleted by a security system a fail safe is activated which creates an identical copy on her memory chip in her Cyborg body or her PMC with no memory of the deletion

Name:Jaeger (The suit is the Jaeger)
Electro Magnetic launchers:There are two identical main weapons on the Jaeger armor, they are essentially just larger rifles that fire both 30mm rounds and 12.7mm rounds, 12.7mm from the bottom chamber and 30mm from the top chamber. The weapons are made from carbon fibre where possible but are also made up of titanium as it is light, hard and resistant to corrosion. She weapons themselves are relatively inaccurate spraying 12.7mm shots all over when fired although her cybernetic eyes are able to calculate where the shot will go and she will try to compensate as much as she can. The 12.7mm fires: AP(both anti-personnel and Armour Piercing), HE (High Explosive),  DS(Dust shot) where are the 30mm fires: HE, HEAP, DS, HEDS, AT(anti-tank), HEAT and HECDS. The 30mm cannon fire a upperbofb60 rounds per minute.
The boomers:The boomers are 6 LGR's which are fired from Jaegers back. The can only fire one at a time and are guided by the laser pointer on the side of Jaegers roll cage. The are all 1m long and have a range of up to 1000m before they automatically detonate so that another may be fired. They may also be remotely detonated as it is then easier to hit targets if you narrowly miss them still hitting them with a blast of high explosives, fire dust and fragmentation.
The 5N4K3S:The snakes are the second form of the Electro Magnetic Launchers. The Electro magnetic launchers become to larger, 2.5m long segmented swords allowing for Emily to engage in close combat. Both of the swords are made of titanium and don a precise edge able to slice through most things, even concrete and bone to an extent. The snakes may also become normal swords that don't flail around enabling for a more stabby approach than the slicing and dicing approach of the flail form of the snakes although when they are in their normal form they are only 2m long.
Other features:The jetpack is located at the base of the back of the Jaeger armour. It allows Emily to either jump 5-10m into the air with Jaeger on or go 5-10m forwards with Jaeger on. It was a later addition to Jaeger, being added on during her trip to beacon to give her an edge over whomever she may find at beacon. Combine with the '5N4K3S' weapons with can make for a very deadly combination allowing her to get close to her enemy. This however has a cool down time which is a pain in the Jaeger to her (only usable every 3 battle posts) as the Jaeger is fairly heavy and the jetpack must cool down or risk over heating and detonating the 'Boomers'. Jaeger is able to survive being hit with a flying Car without being knocked down.  There is a laser on the right side of Jaeger.
History:Jaeger was created by Emily during her first stages of combat training, she designed every part of the power armour creating it from anything she could salvage from the government lab. She made it with no help from anyone and it was has had nobody ever tinker with it. She has added a few extra's onto the Jaeger since its first creation, such as the Laser Target Designation System or L.T.D.S and the short range jetpack which was added in to aid with the '5N4K3S'. She added in a encryption of the Jaegers systems as to prevent people hacking into the Jaeger and activating any of the systems or deactivating them, she also upgraded the speed of the Jaeger so it runs at a maximum speed of 25mph if she overloads the systems.

Assault Rifle:This is her assault rifle she always carries over her shoulder wherever she goes and Jaeger cannont be used. She got the assault rifle as a normal standard edition 7.62mm by 52mm round firing assault rifle though she made a few modifications to it, mainly adding a modified sight which allows for changing between 2x zoom and 6x zoom as well as a adding a stock which can be modified for CQB or medium range, she also added a flash light, laser site, fore grip, flash muffler, drum mag enabling 75 rounds to be fired before needed to change mag and adding a black and orange finish to it all. It uses 7.62mm fire dust rounds called 'dragon fire' rounds, these are also able to penetrate thin armour and cause flesh to burn.
History:This advanced assault rifle was given to her upon completion of her combat training by her teacher, she made a few modifications to it, mainly adding a modified sight which allows for changing between 2x zoom and 6x zoom as well as a adding a stock which can be modified for CQB or medium range, she also added a flash light, laser site, fore grip, flash muffler, drum mag enabling 75 rounds to be fired before needed to change mag and adding a black and orange finish to it all.

​There is some concern over the sheer amount of power contained in weapons. To that end I am going to have to ask you to dial back the weapons. The main issue is the overall size of the weapons as opposed to the number thereof, but dropping one or two might not be a bad idea. I would also suggest scaling the E.M.Ls down to high velocity, low rate of fire, .50 cannons on top with 7.62mm mg system underneath.

​Some other things to consider to help balance her out are: movement speed, tracking speed, rate of fire, minimum range, reduced peripheral vision when in Jaeger, and a possible Achilles Heel type of area on Jaeger.

Well, sei's got it mostly covered and even I was a bit iffy with 30mm and 60mm cannons (gunship level stuff. Howitzers are 75mm and can level a large area with only one shot.). Aside from the aforementioned I'd like to see the strength limit of jaeger, such as how much weight it can handle given extreme conditions such as a building collapsing on it and the like or if it will be used to shove away cars or whatnot given it's bulkiness.

OK, so far the only issue bugging me now are the abilities. EMP (Electromagnetic pulse) is, well, a pulse so I'd like clarification on it if it's constantly sending pulses for 3 minutes. Also, since she's AI is there a possibility of her being "deleted" and unrecoverable if she enters a high security system, which I presume might be extremely common especially in the more techy parts of Vale.

Well, I'm loving the level of detail and, well, love that's gone into this profile, but as is, your character is incredibly powerful. What with being a walking armory and all, I'm going to ask for a lot more serious weaknesses, and removing the ability to move between electronics would help balance her tremendously.

Hmm, there's also a concern with the hacking stuff. I'd like to see what she can or can't hack. What level of security can she access? That kind of stuff. Also if you're going to keep the transferring ability to any advanced electronic device I'd like to see limitations to that as well.
