Appearance:
Aiel is massively tall, standing at 7 feet and weighing in at 250 pounds. Her head has a pair of large horns sprouting from her temples and extending an inch past the back of her head, and patches of small sandy yellow scales on the sides of her head in between her eyes and ears. Her hair is light brown and reaches just past her shoulders in length, which she usually keeps braided. Her eyes are almond-shaped and colored forest green flecked with gold. She has a rather lithe build, owing to her dexterous fighting style and movement. From her back sprout a pair of large leathery wings, covered in the same sandy scales as the sides of her head which extend down from her shoulders to the middle of her back. Though her anatomy makes these wings unsuitable for flight, they can still be used for gliding. Her skin is lightly tanned, and her stomach has two rows of swirling runes from her tribal language tattooed on to it. Her casual outfit consists of either a light, airy ankle length dress or a pair of loose baggy pants that are tied tightly around the ankles worn with an open-backed shirt. Her combat gear consists of a loose cloth outfit worn over a leather chestplate. Along with those, she also wears studded leather pauldrons and bracers, leather boots, a small pair of goggles that are usually kept up on her forehead and a black veil that covers the bottom half of her face.
History:
Aiel was born into a nomadic warrior tribe that lived in a desert to the south of Vale. Her father was the tribe’s chief, though as she was the third child and the only daughter she only got enough supervision to ensure she knew the traditions and history of the tribe, as well as how to fight. Because of this lack of real supervision, Aiel came to be a rather notorious troublemaker and got to be rather charismatic in order to talk her way out of these situations. Otherwise her childhood was rather uneventful, with the most exciting things being an occasional grimm attack. It continued to be this way until Aiel 14th summer, when the tribe migrated towards the edge of the desert. It was during this time that a rather large group of bandits thought to try to raid the tribes encampment. The raid, though short and unsuccessful, resulted in Aiel taking her first life and her being given her black veil. 2 years after that the time came for Aiel to begin her passage to adulthood, in which she had to leave the tribe to experience the outside world. Eventually, she came upon Vale, and after a couple of months there decided she’d rather stay and enroll in Beacon.
Personality:
Aiel is very open and laid back, most of the time acting like she doesn't take anything seriously. With her being from a rather primitive culture, Aiel still finds herself being fascinated by some of the more complicated and advanced pieces of technology even after living in Vale for 2 years. She can also be rather promiscuous, though getting into an actual relationship is something she’s never thought of doing.
Strengths:
Aiel’s main strengths lie in her great speed and dexterity, letting her move about and dodge attacks quickly. Her semblance can blind opponents not used to fighting in sandstorms, which she is, or cause firestorms. Her childhood caused her to learn a great deal about combat strategies.
Weaknesses:
Aiel doesn't get along with enclosed areas or doors due to her height and her wings. Her fighting style can make it dangerous for bystanders that get too close, and her semblance has no control over what the debris it picks up hits.
Semblance: Maelstrom
Aiel can pick up debris around her in a 4 foot radius and swing it around her at high speeds, basically creating a miniature sandstorm centered on her. However it can only pick up very small objects, not much bigger than grains of sand, and she can only make the debris move or stop. Aiel can only hold the storm for up to three minutes, after that it takes ten minutes to reuse use it.

PRIMARY WEAPON

Jinn and Efreet
Primary Form:
Jinn and Efreet are twin clubs, both 18 inches long and made of wood. They both have 5 curved pieces of sharpened obsidian slotted into one side. Jinn is held in Aiel’s right hand and has carvings of the wind on the main body. Efreet is held in her left hand and has carvings of flames on the main body.

History:
Jinn and Efreet were the weapons Aiel received when she started her formal weapon training, minus the carvings. As time went by, she never found a reason to replace them and even added the carvings to leave her own personal mark.
SECONDARY WEAPON

Primary Form:
Aiel’s secondary weapon, if it can even be called such, is several vials of dust which she uses in conjunction with her semblance to cause chaos. She only carries fire and explosive dust, and only a small amount at a time.
Secondary Form:
Aiel also carries vials of just basic sand, for when dust is either too dangerous or she runs out.
History:
There really is no history to these. They’re just vials of stuff that works well with her semblance.

I think the only thing I need here is just some sort of duration or time limit for the semblance. Or at least a rate of aura drain if it's something she can turn on and off.

Oh, and an actual diameter of the cyclone. Everyone has different definitions of the word 'small.'

Edited a three minute time limit, with a 10 minute cooldown. The storm already has a four foot diameter.
