Name: The Hannibal

Based off of: Salamander, a lesser dragon type Grimm

Variants:
Each of the Hannibals discovered were given different names:

Hannibal - The Standard fire type which was discovered in a lab:
Corrosive Hannibal – The Dark and Corrosive Type discovered in a cave (Name yet to be given):
Voltic Hannibal “Spartacus” – The Lightning type discovered in an old power plant cell:
Fallen Hannibal “Caligula” – The Frost type found in the snowy mountains:
Hannibal Geo – The Earth Type that emerged from a ruined city (Name yet to be Given)

Habitat: The Hannibal Species are mostly found in the mountains and at most cases abandoned urban areas or ruined cities may it be modern or ancient, some are found in fields of their own element and are rare creatures of Grimm.

The Regular Hannibal can be located anywhere.

Size range: The Hannibal scales at 30 meters in length through head to tail and as it stands probably 24 meters. It’s a creature believed to have its body manifested from a Salamander which its scales are heavily armored and are bullet proof. The thickest armor it has is on its hump and on its two arms which would take time to break even with explosive rounds.

Hannibal Geo scales from 40 meters in length and 35 meters in height, while Spartacus scales from 45 meters in length and 38 meters in height.

History:
The Hannibal species were first discovered in a ruined laboratory, by an exploration team who is sent to salvage whatever value is left of it. Misfortune had come upon this daring team of hunters that they had awakened the creature from its slumber and immediately roared and engaged them in combat. A blow to the head was all it took for it to kill it or so they had thought. Upon turning their back at the slain creature, it suddenly roared behind them as its head was fully regenerated and ambushed them, thrashing them while they were off their guard. Another method was to behead the creature, but its head grew back and the process had repeated till finally after piercing through its core, the creature was finally destroyed. Only a few of those hunters had survived the discovery of the newly discovered grim. Similar cases were also reported to had fit the description as well but of different color and behavior. It was then decided these creatures belong as one species but had hold different elements, their chosen basic Hannibal was the Fire breathing Hannibal.

Only these were discovered so far though no one can know for sure if these certain types of Hannibal can have been adapted according to their environment.

Description:
The Hannibal species is said to have armored scales that are completely bullet proof, an evolved type of Salamander species of Grimm. They are proved to be feral when disturbed or agitated; they are sometimes revered as dragons. Because of its scales it would be extremely difficult to dismember the creature even if one tried. The most remarkable trait of the Hannibal species is that they have a thick dorsal hump that contains a concentrated level of energy that emits great amounts of elemental attacks if it’s heavily damaged and an armored like bracer, sometimes located left or right. The Hannibal of course has a tail that can swipe of brick walls, a bracer that blocks blade attacks and projectiles even the most explosive of weapons and if dismembered successfully it can regenerate any part of its body as long as its two organs aren’t damaged.

Difficulty:
The Hannibal Species are devastating foes and perhaps far difficult than taking down an army. Its mobility allows it to evade particular attacks and run fast, it was proved to have some sort of intelligence adapting in battle almost like that of a human, figuring ways on how to take down from the easiest to the most difficult of prey. It is not a creature to be fought alone and if it was fought in such a way they would have met with the most fatal of predicaments. It knows its own weakness so it isn’t an easy Grimm to kill either solo or with a team. Its scales had made it even more difficulty to defeat it as they are bullet proof, along with its might gauntlet. If its Dorsal hump is broken, the Hannibal would go into absolute rage, thrashing all targets around it.

Attacks:
Attack list:

Breath - The Pillar emits a poison gas, that can paralyze and kill when inhaled

The Corrosive species does not have a firestorm attack. And when dismembered, the part explodes, forming a toxic gas that subsides in a few moments.

Spartacus:

Clawing Rush - emits thunder from its sides

Spartacus will constantly have all its physical attacks charged with electricity.

Caligula:

Tail whip - It can freeze a target smaller than it with the tip of its tail.

Caligula's attacks passively causes frostbites if the dorsal hump is damaged.

Hannibal Geo:

All of its melee attacks create impact and can penetrate through reinforced metal. It has a hard defense but has no storm

Weaknesses/Vulnerable areas:
There are ways to taking down the Hannibal and that is by eliminating the core organs on its body, the first is its head and the second, deep inside its chest. These organs cannot be regenerated and decays as soon as its ruptured. In order to secure a victory over this vicious creature, one must lower its defenses by breaking its gauntlet or the hump on its back.
