Fionn stood on a rooftop listening to some random music on his scroll and every once in awhile drinking.
He sighed and took the scroll out of his pocket, darting between playlists on the cracked screen before settling on the soundtrack of an obscure old game. It's around this point that i should mention WHY he was on a rooftop looking down at the street below, the reason being that he had been promised a rather large sum of Lien in exchange for hunting down and capturing... some guy, actually he didn't know much about the mission other then that the White Fang were some how involved; but truly it did not matter to him, because of the aforementioned large sum of money.
He sighed and cracked his neck, the massive blade wreaking havoc on his shoulder muscles in secrecy, so that in forty or so years he would wake, and realize that maybe making a weapon that weighed more than him was probably not his crowning achievement of intelligence.
And then he saw his target, doing his thing far below. "And pop goes the weasel" He thought as he continued to survey the man, before realizing that saying that didn't make any sense, as it did not apply to the current situation in the slightest.
Fionn briefly considered if maybe he wasn't as intelligent as he though he was, before pushing the thought aside to make way for thoughts about his mission.

Trekking the city sidewalks down below, a certain, sadistic masochist would be on his way. He wore the patterned mask he had acquired from his parents some years ago, when he had first joined the organization in which they held high ranks within; the Masked Revolution. Judging from the facial accessory that he was currently wearing, it was quite obvious that they took the 'Masked' part of the faction name seriously; not that he minded, however, as he always liked the idea of wearing masks, or other things of the sort. Regardless of the background of his mask and being, the covering could possibly strike a sense of suspicion within those watching him; the fact that he wore his hood over his head, seemingly for protection of his identity, didn't exactly help the factor, either.

Little did those who thought of him whatever they did know, the lad was simply walking along the streets to meet a companion of his; it would end up to just be a simple, friendly meeting. The visibility of his mask and the concealing of his face by both it and his hood was just because...well, he took a great liking to his mask. Much like the scarf that he had gotten himself attached to over the years, his Revolutionary mask grew on him quite quickly after he had gotten at age thirteen.

A few minutes would pass, and he would cease his walking streak alongside another man; seemingly the same age as he was. With a bright smile, the grey-haired teen raised a hand, immediately meeting his acquaintance's within a strong grasp before continuing his stride by the other's side.

Fionn seeing his target move quickly jumped onto another building, and another, and another, he briefly considered that he might be stuck in some weird time loop before throwing the idea away as he usually did for the more strange ones; the reason being that as an intelligent person, he naturally had a lot of thoughts, and the more and more you think, the weirder your thoughts get, so he had created for himself somewhat of a filter for his thoughts.
He jumped off of the building and onto a balcony, before jumping from the balcony and onto a nearby fire-escape; he ran down the fire escape and quickly began to tail his target, bushes, streetlamps, trees, nothing was safe from Fionn hiding behind it.
"Just got to wait until he is somewhere a little more... private" He thought before continuing his facade as something that you could not see.

After having told a good joke, the lad's companion burst out laughing within a brief period. The boy himself would follow suit, turning heel --- as he was in the lead at that moment --- and peering at his friend through the eye slits upon his mask. He was about to shoot a snarky reply in response to the other's comment, which would have increased the volume of the current scene. However, he cut himself short as a faint flash of movement caught his attention. Immediately the grin from his expression faded, and he directed his gaze toward the one walking with him. "Aye, Scotty."

""'Sup?"

"Shut up and slug me in the face."

"What, wh-"

"I saw something afar. You know how I deal with pain, and it may come in handy."

The other man began turning around, but the grey-locked lad immediately grabbed his shoulder and slapped his face.

"Don't look!" he muttered in a hushed tone, suddenly serious. "It'll look like I started it, so give me a good slug in the face real quick," he said, briefly taking off his mask but keeping his hood on in order to shield his identity, "then run off and get someone for ba-"

With those words, 'Scotty' immediately did as he was told before running off.

To make a sort of scene, the sadist immediately knelt to the ground, rubbing his left hand across his face while facing the ground below him. After a good while had passed to convince those watching of the pain that had passed, he took a low, silent breath before slipping his mask back on. Wiping a fresh stream of blood from his mouth, he turned around to face the direction in which Scot had run off and began yelling after him rather angrily, just to increase the scene's tension and possibly avert necessary attention toward him.

Though he seemed oblivious to any other surrounding subjects, this boy remained completely focused, and was highly focused and ready to pull his weapon from his back with his second-to-none reflexes.

Fionn continued to sit behind the building, hand on Roulette's wooden grip ready to release it from it's home on his right thigh.
"Oh, so that's the game he wants to play eh?" He thought watching the scene unfold, easily picking out the inconsistencies and subtle tones that suggested an acting performance, his target was on to him.
"Okay, if i strike now his friend might come out throwing a weapon around or something, however i might not have a chance to strike later..." Fionn thought quickly taking a drink in preparation for the pain to come in the fight that could now ensue at any time, he was very conflicted at the moment.
He decided to wait it out, better chance of winning a fight the enemy would not expect.

Knowing very well that the plan that he had thought up was a complete longshot, the Revolutionary gave his neck a sickening crack, rubbing his mouth still while seating himself upon a nearby bench after Scot had fully disappeared. The sentence that he never finished was going to mention something about getting backup, but if the boy were to be honest with himself, he hoped that his friend wouldn't come back until a good while from then. He did do and say what he did to get him out of the scene, after all.

A moment more would pass before the lad gave a mighty roar of a yawn, reaching his hands backward and intertwining them. Strongly heaving them toward the direction opposite from where he was facing, his shoulders would be the next to crack. Sighing in some relief, he then released clasped extremities, resting them upon his knees as he shook his hood off. For several moments he would stare at his sleeveless arm, silently staring down the various scars and stitches scattered down upon it. The next he would give himself a small shrug, giving the faintest grin to himself as he retrieved his currently-club-like weapon from his back, running one of its spikes along his skin and opening some wounds --- both old and fresh. Each cut was somewhat small, yet the total amount of blood was somewhat noticeable. Should one be within a close radius of his current location and be paying very, very close attention, they would see the ever-so-faint glow of crimson radiating about his figure, courtesy of his semblance. Anyone perhaps even a yard or so away from any direction wouldn't see it.

Tick, tick;
Tick, tick tock.
The blood will drip down
To the beat of the seconds on a clock.

Pausing within his current action, the sadist would flex his arm a few times, grinning solemnly to himself as he muttered something as well.
The adrenaline caused by the feeling of pain he seemed to adore so much --- as well as the little buff his semblance gave through this very thing --- began kicking in.

Fionn's heart raced as he watched his targets suspicions seemingly fade away.
And then he witnessed the man begin to cut his arm up, slashing and slicing it with an interestingly shaped weapon;
Fionn simply sighed and shook his head in a way that suggested he did not approve of this, which he did not, for he had managed to avoid doing... things to himself even during the worst of time, so seeing someone else just randomly cut themselves up bothered him heavily.
He left the tree he was hidden behind and quickly ran up to another building, climbing up a fire-escape instead of down this time, before going to the edge of the building to look down at his target, preparing himself for one of his signature strikes.

While the other remained content upon his thoughts that the sadist's suspicions were gradually fading away, the exact opposite was truly happening. By wounding himself as he was currently doing, the lad's semblance began heightening. Through the adrenaline and the boost by his gradually-kicking semblance, he could feel his...stats, for say --- his strength, speed, and other things of the sort --- increasing even more so than it currently was. Alongside this, his basic five senses gave him an extra kick, as well. Of course, he was planning as such.

Seeing as his five senses, alongside his parameters, were becoming slowly enhanced (and would only continue to do so as his wound count grew), it would be safe to assume that his hearing increased as time went on. Which...it did. Thus, with some strain and focus, the boy paused his gashing actions, holding his weapon still and holding it in front of his back. As he did so he closed his eyes, allowing his ears to take care of scouting his surroundings. With some effort he caught sound of what seemed to be footsteps, directing from...

...Above him, by the sound of it.

Immediately he would stand up, a wide, maniacal grin spreading across his lips. His left hand remaining still within his hoodie's pocket, he would use the other --- the one holding his weapon --- to swing his current club about. The precise, certain movements having been executed, the blunt object quickly shifted from its primary form straight into the tertiary. Soon he held it vertically alongside him, the base of the weapon laid firmly upon the ground beneath him, with four axe blades remaining exactly a foot above his figure.

Without turning he called out, beginning to grasp his newfound axe within his normal battle stance:
"Aye, 's best not'a waste yer time'n c'mon out'ere 'ready, laddie."
Slowly he looked over his shoulder, gazing through narrowed, crimson voids toward the rooptops behind him. The blood still faintly trickling down his sleeveless arm, he began flexing it once more, chuckling to himself at the sting of wounds that he personally liked, from his...odd...nature.
"Don't be scared, now. 'S not fair brawlin' 'en such 'en a participant 's all stealthy stealthy...which makes me a hypocrite, but whatever..."

Fionn sighed, still crouched behind an AC unit on the building he had been stalking his target from, analyzing the current situation he quickly realized he had no choice but to reveal himself.
"Might as well make a scene" He thought as he prepared to do one of his signature attacks, for as little as Fionn liked to admit it, he actually did enjoy the life of crime and destruction he lived, as it gave him a distraction from bad things, like bills, and fathers.
Fionn raised Oberursel in a swinging position a few feet from the edge of the building before dashing forward at an intense speed, jumping off of the building with arcs of electricity flying off of the blade that he now held over his head whilst he descended down unto his enemy.
"Figure out this!" Fionn thought, slightly unnerved at how easily he had been spotted

The sight of his airborne target immediately noticeable, the boy named after Death allowed his grin to become ever more visible, laughing yet again as the other lad neared by the second. When he reached perhaps a yard or so from him in distance, the Revolutionary would quickly duck low to the ground. At the same time he would swing the middle section of his axe pole upward, aiming to strike his attacker through the gut. Should the attack land, he would then assume his full battle stance once more, aiming a quick, strongly-powered kick before swiftly hopping back a couple of steps, then holding his weapon within both hands in flawless fashion.

Should the initial pole to the gut be evaded, however, the cinder-haired teen would remain across the floor as he was, instead extending one of his legs out and moving within a circular arc for a legsweep. Once doing so he would go on to progress the second part of his initial plan; he would stand tall yet again, retreating a good distance away and hold his axe within a broad, combat ready stance.

Fionn seeing his only chance for escape quickly grabbed onto the pike at the end of the axe pole with a hardened glove using his force to swing five feet away with somewhat of a midair cartwheel before landing in a crouched "Im here to **** shit up" position.
"Sorry about this man, but you are coming with me" He said with his irish accent blooming in full as a way to make it harder to identify him when he would inevitably end up next to a bunch of other men that look quite similar to him infront of a scary looking police guard shouting silly things about "Finding the bodies".

"Eh?" For a moment, the masked teen allowed this one, somewhat high-pitched sound to escape the depths of his larynx. From beneath his mask his gaze would shift a tad, a sense of confusion and, at the same time amusement, filling blood-hued eyes. Seeing as he was a safe distance away for the moment, he went into a sort of casual stance, placing his axe before his figure and leaning against it ever so slightly. While still smirking, he hooked his right hand around to his left arm, picking at the wounds he had uncovered and causing a tad of blood for flow a bit more rapidly. Laughing to himself in a somewhat sadistic and psychotic fashion, he shook his head, swaying streaked locks of his from beneath his hood and over his facial mask. "'actly what fer?" he asked, laying his chortles down --- though only for a moment between words --- as he continued looking on toward his assaulter. "'s there 'nythin' I did 'cently? C'mon; really! 'Side from the 'casional bar brawl, I doubt tha' I did 'nythin' outta place..."

Of course, despite his casual stance and tone, he was still ready for anything to happen.

Fionn sat up and adjusted his jacket before brushing a bit of smashed cobble off of it, raising Oberursel in a non threatening way and placing the blunt edge of the blade onto his shoulder to carry some of the one ton blades weight. "Sorry man, ye got a reeeal large bunty on ye, and et's my job to bring ye en." He said in a slightly melancholy way, but it was the truth and it needed to be said, easier to remove emotional attachment that way they always told him...
Fionn cracked his neck and stretched.
"I can already tell this is going to a hard one, he's definitely smart"

Stopping himself from picking at his scars for the meantime, the rogue Huntsman lifted his right hand once more, running it throughout the hair splayed upon the back of his skull. Shaking his head ever so faintly, he would exhaust a sigh; not from drowsiness, though from a sudden decrease in amusement and interest. "Ayeeee, laddie; I certainly would like t'know more 'bout why I'm bein' hunted, 'n all. Don't get m'wrong, man; I'm 'tually lookin' f'rward to the 'lil skirmish we're 'bout t' 'ave, though I rather 'joy 'm d'tails, 'n such. Gotta know why I'm bein' tracked down, 'n all. 'Less..." he trailed off, tilting his head as if he were a puppy dog looking toward a chew toy dangling before his eyes, "...ya picked this 'lil mission 'f yers 'thout listenin' to the finer d'tails, did ya?"

Lifting his axe with a single hand and little effort, the mercenary rested the pole midway upon his right shoulder, similar to how his opponent-to-be had done with his own weaponry. Man...that's not so fun... Despite the ecstatic tone and actions the lad currently displayed, within his mind, the boy was seeming to get a bit bored with matters, and also felt his ever-running curiosity dying somewhat painfully. Such was the way that he truly ran; he was a joker many a time on the outside, which was a great deal of his true persona. But often times when things weren't of interest to him, he got a little impish, and began to gradually grow a sort of raging impatience.

No traces of this would be shown, however; he simply kept his first and foremost facade as the visible one, the true smile of a sadistic, insane masochist remaining upon him as he spoke.
