Appearance: 6’1 and slightly gaunt. Minoru’s pupils are red and white, the colours forming concentric circles, colour scheme is inverted in his left eye. A large gagged scar runs from above his right eye and down to his chin. Minoru wears a white and red three piece suit adorned with buckles and straps, similar to those on a strait jacket. Minoru’s mouth is covered by an iron mask, welded on, and with a large grin painted on it, with pointed teeth. His hair is a shock of black and red, shooting off in a myriad of directions like an explosion.
History: No-one’s exactly sure where Minoru came from, including him.
The truth about his past lies deep within Vale itself, born to an abusive family, he grew up learning how to take a punch. He killed his first man at the age of 7, beating him to death with a rusted crowbar as his mother watched horrified. Needless to say his first kill was his own father. Years passed and Minoru’s mind began to slowly deteriorate within Vale’s mental asylum, deep in the high security wing. Years of isolation left him broken and even more twisted than when he first arrived. After over a decade something finally snapped, and he started laughing, and he hasn't stopped since. Now all that remains of Minoru is a cackling callous exterior, perpetually hunting for the thrill of murder and anarchy, none of what he does is for the purpose of personal gain, rather the loss of others.
Personality: Minoru’s sole goal is to create Chaos, not for want of money or power, simply for entertainment. After killing his father, Minoru felt an unbridled love for violence and takes immense joy from causing pain to others. He is extremely violent and interjects his displays of hatred with jokes and dark humor, further distancing himself from his actions and giving the impression that he really doesn't care.
Strengths: Minoru is a brutal and merciless combatant and can take a great deal of punishment. He is also an excellent sharpshooter, his mental strength is almost invulnerable, nothing can dampen his spirits or pull on his heart strings.
Weaknesses: Minoru is not very strong physically and can also get a little predictable in hand to hand combat. He is also not one for subtlety and can't resist attracting attention to his crimes in the hopes that someone will stop him. His overconfidence in his own abilities also leaves him arrogant and unable to perceive others as a threat to him.
Semblance: Minoru’s semblance allows him to further cross his internal wires, allowing him to take great pleasure from pain, as if being tickled as opposed to shot. He still sustains damage, however it tends to go unnoticed due to his shrill cackling.
WEAPONS
Names: Laurel and Hardy
Primary Form: A pair of double reversed revolvers, each gun comprises of dual chambers, arranged so that they are facing in opposite directions, this allows Minoru to spin the guns around so that he has two fresh pistols after the first pair run out of ammo. The guns themselves are white, with grinning faces painted on the barrels, seemingly leering at the target. The bullets are dust infused and can explode should Minoru wish to detonate them, using the button positioned at the join between the two guns (one on Laurel and one on Hardy).
Secondary Form: Twin Glaives, the gun butts rotate so that the weapons form rings and blades flick out of the sights.
Tertiary Form: For storage, Laurel and Hardy flick backwards into Minoru’s sleeves. The mechanism is spring loaded so that he can flick out the weapons at a moment’s notice.
History: The weapons once belonged to a renowned Hunter, who Minoru smothered in his sleep a little after escaping the asylum. He took the pistols and made his own modifications, making the weapons far more personal.
