Occupation: 3rd year Student
Appearance: A tall kid with glowing yellow eyes, and a scared face. He never shows his face to anyone. He wears a purple hoodie with gold trims. His hoodie is a smooth fabric with a undershirt on underneath it. He has blue jeans and sneakers. He carries a messenger bag on his back containing canisters of dust. His symbol can be found on said messenger bag. After his accident, most of his hair was removed from his head, he only has a few white strands left.

History: A boy born into a dust owning family. Marlin was very familiar with dust and how it worked. His favorite dust was fire, and ice. As he got older his parents pushed him towards business school. As they pushed he pushed even more. He began wearing more normal clothing, and less elegant attire. He would always smile at them and laugh. One day at the plant he worked at for cash, a batch of dust fell into his eyes. Since then his eyes would glow bright yellow. His face was damaged by the raw dust, burning it, and scarring it. He now wears his hood up, at all times, even when sleeping. The dust also seemed to enhance his semblances he will glow, and then use more concentrated forms of his attacks. He soon ran away from home, when he discovered his parents were about to send him to business school. He soon found himself at Beacon, and decided to hone his skills as fighter.
Personality: Marlin isn’t the chattiest person, but is still friendly to others. He usually reads, and works on dust experiments. He loves trying to improve his dust, or making new ones. He will always give people warm welcomes, but will not always engage in discussions.
Strength: Extremely smart and strategic. Will not stop till something is done.
Trustworthy, and will aid teammates with anything.
Weakness: Ranged weaponry, and heavy melees are highly effective against him. He more or less acts as support.
Semblance: Buff up. He will glow, one out of six colors red, yellow, blue, green, gray, and black . He will then target a team mate and give them an elemental buff up, or a healing charge if green. Once buffed up, allies can use (depending on color different) different types of attacks. If red they get fire boost. Blue is ice boost. Yellow is electricity. Green uber heal which will make team mates take reduced damage. Grey will have a wind based attacks, and create a small cyclone around them bouncing most attacks away. (firearms can get through.) Black will make there melee attacks do more damage, by increasing downswing gravity on them.
Weapons: The golden gloves.
Primary-A pair of gloves, that have a barrel at the palm of them. Marlin will insert a dust canister into a slot found in the wrist. Once inserted, the dust will travel the length of his fingertips, and down into his palm. Once enough as has been loaded, he will send a ball of said dust at his target, make the dust act as a barrier, or use it to aid an ally. The weapon can hold multiple dust slots, and has the power to combine attacks, such as a fire wind combo, creating a fire cyclone.
