New Mod! New Initiations! New FAQ! New Car!

Alright, so the car thing was a lie. I'm not buying anyone a new car. Or a used car, or any type of car.

First, I'd like to officially announce the addition of DrGustave to the mod team! He's been our sole chat moderator for some time now, and we felt he'd make a great addition to the team, and has proven that true thus far.

So! Initiation events. Not a single one has gone overly smoothly, and many of them ran on for so long they ended up getting cut short. Which is very... lame. And, with the addition of preconstructed teams... we have an opportunity to change the way they are done for the better. Initiation events will still be run by moderators(for the time being!), but the participants will instead be teams created using the team creation forum! If you have created a team, you are basically on the list to have an initiation event, but you can opt to skip it of course. Which would be lame. We are working on the details still, and we want to include older teams who didn't quite have an initiation or has not done one at all. These events will feature 2-3 4 man teams at once, and will be designed so that the members of the teams all end up together. So, you will know the outcome, but you won't know the details! More information about this will become available in the coming days.

The new and improved FAQ is being worked on. Its still needs work. I'll try to get it done in the next day or two, so look for it! It will have lots of exciting things like help on how to do things like run a plot, make a team, build something in the world... Soon.

The Beacon Dorm room forums are going to be organized by team year as a trial. I don't know how much it will shrink the page, since almost every team is a year one team, but we'll see how it goes.
