Due to her heredity from the orient-like region in the east, Mirai is short (5'4") and has porcelain skin. She did, however, inherit her father's emerald green eyes and golden hair, which she has never cut and now hangs in curls just above her ankle. She wears an array of Victorian-themed clothing, most of which includes bonnets, lace, ribbons and long, full skirts. In combat, she wears a Victorian-themed dress that reaches up to her knees, the shortest she's worn so far, and a striking plum-colored dress top. A small hat is tied to her head by a ribbon. She is always seen carrying a parasol which is actually her main weapon. She wears black boots that reach midway to her knees and have Dust-powered high heels that allow her to jump as high as ten meters.

Not used to short skirts, Mirai also customized her Beacon Academy uniform to make her skirt fuller and up to her ankles, but kept the top uniform as was. When not wearing a hat piece, she is wearing a lace bonnet.

Personality: Born as a noble, Mirai thinks extremely high of herself with little concern for others. She thinks of herself as more superior and has a sort of "princess complex". This is shown by her sharp remarks, blunt attitude and aloofness. She is also very eccentric as she prefers her time reading alone in the library and drinking tea alone. Despite plenty of time in the spotlight from acting, Mirai rarely opens up to people and they will usually be treated abrasively. However, Mirai is actually soft on the inside and when she develops bonds with people, she will occasionally show concern. When someone states that she's being soft, she will retort and make the person do extreme demands such as fetch her favorite macaroons at a shop forty miles away. She easily gets upset with people, but will forgive them in exchange for sweets. Her fluctuations in moods and favor for people give her a rather childish attitude. Another reason for her haughtiness is her intellectual ability. She can analyze situations and behavior before most and finds difficult intellectual tasks easy.

In combat, Mirai is calculative and serious. She keeps a cold exterior and stays calm, even when it seems things are turning for the worst. Though she is proud, she knows when she can't win a battle and when she can.

Strength: Due to Mirai's small frame, Mirai is fast and agile. Her sharp eyes allow her to see most moves and allows her to response in advance, though it will also weigh heavily on the statistics of her opponent as well. She is highly skilled with weapons such as swords, knives, guns and bombs, having been trained to use them most of her life. She can jump considerably high due to her boots and she can perform basic acrobatics such as flipping, splitting, cartwheeling and balancing on thin structures. Though not strong, Mirai was trained to be strong enough to carry her weapons and artillery.  Mirai is calculative and knows how to time her attacks, which helps when she goes to her explosive gear. She tends to focus on long-range combat. Mirai is also best skilled with stealthier tactics rather than forward ones due to her time undercover.

Weakness: Mirai's small body and little strength makes her highly at risk in one-on-one combat. She wouldn't stand much chance against large opponents she needs to handle up close. Though she can manage fighting with up close with a weapon, strong blows can fatally wound her and without her weapons, she has little fighting ability whatsoever. Hand-to-hand combat is her main waterloo.

Semblance: Mirai's semblance is known as Crystallization. While some can generate fire with their semblanes, Mirai has the ability to generate ice. Though not able to shoot out her fire, Mirai's semblance allows her to freeze things that come into contact with her or her weapon, freezing whichever part comes in contact. Mirai can also quickly create small ice barriers as a second layer of protection against an attack. Her semblance relies on how focused she is in battle as it will effect the thickness and form of the ice she creates. If she is caught off guard, the chances are that the ice sheet she'll make will be thin and easily breakable. Mirai's semblance also lashes out when not in control of her emotions. When scared, threatened or too stressed, there is a chance for Mirai freeze things surrounding her (the ground touching her feet) and whatever surface may be touching her hands.

WEAPON

First Weapon

Name: Rosemary


Primary Form: Rifle and Shield

While closed,when can subtly distinguish that Rosemary is an automatic rifle by looking its top, which is a gun handle. Mirai can open this and reveals Rosemary as a black rifle and the parasol's point as where the bullets are shot out. The parasol's
main part acts as a shield. The rifle's ammo can switch from lethal to non-lethal rounds, depending on her situation. Though it appears to be a shade with lace cloth patterns, the shield is made of hard thick fibers that can withstand both gunshots and melee blows. The shade can cover Mirai completely when she is crouching down but only covers her torso and her upper legs while standing.

Secondary Form: Sword Form

When pressured into close combat, Mirai can keep Rosemary closed and treat it as a blade as the hard cover of her parasol is strong enough to stand blows. Rosemary's umbrella shade can contract into a blade with a blunt side and a sharp side.

History: The weapon had been specially crafted for Mirai when she started her undercover work. The team of researchers working for her father turned her favorite parasol into a weapon she could use for defense as well as taking out a large number of enemies, should that opportunity arrive.

Miscellaneous Weapons

Bomb balls- Mirai can store multiple light highly-charged bomb balls in the underside of her skirt and in the pocket of ruffles on its outside. She can pull them out by untying certain ribbons on her dress or pulling them out of her pockets. The bomb balls are color specified depending on how much damage is done. Blue ones will explode to damage a 5 m radius and the damage can kill a Beowolf, but nothing larger than that, and is the majority of Mirai's bombs. Yellow ones have a 10-15m radius meant for multiple average Grimm or do an extent of damage to relatively large one. Red bombs do the most extent of damage and have the power of a C4 explosive, being able to damage parts of buildings, but Mirai only brings this on heavy missions that need building damage.

Mirai detonates these bombs with a small remote that sends out a signal. It has three buttons that detonate the bombs of corresponding color within 3 seconds. Though it is one of her specialties, Mirai does not use these when in combat duels or battles (eg. Arena battles).

Dust bomb balls-  Stored similarly as the bomb balls by being tucked into her skirts and pockets, Mirai has a special pouch for dust balls. Dust balls carried charged dust with specific effects, mostly elemental such as sending out a flare, a lightning charge or ice shock. They each carry the same radius as her red bomb balls (5m radius). She also has dust balls which can act as distractions when trying to make an escape such as smoke or flash balls. The smoke balls emit a thick fuschia fog that fades within 15 seconds while the flash balls leave people temporarily blind for around ten seconds. The dust bomb balls are also activated similarly like the bomb balls by using a remote. The smoke and flash balls, however, are activated by being forced onto the ground.

Though Mirai keeps her smoke and flash dust balls at all times, Mirai will replace her bomb balls with elemental dust balls in formal combat in order to prevent severe lethality to her competition as well as to save up on space.

Throwing Knives- Another miscellaneous weapon, Mirai can store petal shaped throwing knives in her coat pockets and can toss them at fast rates. She has about twenty stored in her coat.

Tessen- A fan with a sharp iron edge, Mirai can use the fan opened to act as a wide blade and as a piercing dagger while closed.

So, I don't like your semblance. It seems infinitely powerful, especially the part that allows the character to turn into particles. I don't think that it fits the world all that well currently, and the ability in general is extremely powerful as you can break down any object with it. I'm also not sure how breaking something into smaller parts makes it weigh less, unless you are storing those parts in an extra-dimensional space, which is possible based on the wording. To that, I say no. Overall, I think you should either rework the semblance or come up with something else. As it stands its too powerful and a little out of place.
