Name: Gray Kendo

Appearance: 5'11" 140 lbs with messy black hair that is about 6" and gray eyes. He has a lean and muscular build. He wears a gray t-shirt with a white t-shirt underneath it, with black pants and black combat boots. He also has a black belt that carries his dust. He wears an over-the-shoulder sheathe with a strap for his weapon. He also usually has a toothpick in his mouth.

Personality: He is a bit arrogant and carefree, always seeming to be spoiling for a fight. He isn't one to hold a grudge, as he lives in the moment. He can be nice if you get to know him, but don't get on his bad side. He is a bit of a loud-mouth until someone shuts him up.

History: A city boy from Vale. His parents were killed by creatures of grimm when he was only at the young age of 5. His grandfather became his guardian and decided to train him in the art of using dust. For his 6th birthday, Gray's grandfather got him a Japanese tanto as a present. Gray loved it and always played with it and practiced. His grandfather home schooled him and taught him all about dust and the way of the sword, until the age of 13, when his grandfather helped Gray build his weapon and sent him off to Signal Academy. He spent his 4 years there as one of the few students to an expert in dust. He then was accepted into Beacon, where he will learn to dedicate his life to slaying monsters.

Strengths: Very proficient in the art of the sword and wielding his tanto. Also an expert in using dust, casting spells with ease and having a wide knowledge of the different types. He has incredible speed and reflexes, and his striking power and stamina is fair.

Weaknesses: He is not used to taking hits, this causes more damage to him and throws his concentration off. His aura is limited to only giving him a speed boost and increase his reflexes slightly.

Weapon:

Name: Mystline Spectrum (Pronounced "Mist-len")

Primary form: A Katana sword with a black hilt. About 28" long and 1 1/2" wide.

Secondary form/function: The hilt can be loaded with dust, like a pistol clip, and the sword can be used as a wand or be used to attack with directly with dust. His eye color changes to the color of the magic he uses.

-Types of dust include fire, ice, defense/deflection, electricity, poison, and temporary walls/floors.

NOTE: He keeps his old tanto hidden away in his boot.

History: Gray's grandfather helped him design and build Mystline Spectrum before he attended Signal. The tanto was a birthday gift at a young age.

You're going to need to go into a bit more detail before I can approve this. Can you describe how proficient he is with dust? What does his katana look like? How long is it? How thick is it? You also mentioned that you used a kanto as well, but I didn't see it mentioned anywhere in your weapon biography. Also, you can't use the Fairy Tale logo, sorry.
