Appearance: Ertrinken is quite old and feels old. His face consists of a scratch-like scar immediately under each eye going vertically down. His hair was naturally grey, but is obtaining white highlighted traits due to his aging. His face is losing it's elasticity and is filled with wrinkles. His chin boasts a scraggly, grey, full on beard and his body type is more on the bulky side than lean. He weighs 195, and stands at 5'8" tall. His eyes are also pure white, like a blank sheet; more on that later. He wears a long black cloak with two 6 ft. white ribbons streaming from the back. He equips no armor and always keeps his hood on.

Personality: Ertrinken is the silent type. He's short-spoken and is very choosy with his words as well. He tends to stray alone and prefers to work by himself, believing that others will only slow him down or get in the way. He is observant, and calm. Entrinken has an incredible limit of patience, maybe even limitless would be more correct to say. He'll always wait for the very last split-second to act, and does not flinch in the heart of a storm. He maintains a serious look and almost never smiles. He is honorable and respects his friends and foes alike.

History: Ertrinken has had a very unfortunate history. His family was very dysfunctional and did not take care of him well. When he was born, he was diagnosed with a medical condition that was unidentified to the doctors. All they knew was his body aged quicker than normal. His mother died when he was 8 years old, because she overdosed on the drugs she was addicted to. His father fell into depression shortly after and started drinking. Although being drunk, he was not abusive and still loved his son. Ertrinken held on tightly to the only family member he had left. Throughout his childhood, Ertrinken never got to go to school because his mom would not let him, but now it was because his drunk father wouldnt. Then at the age of 14, Ertrinken was out walking with his dad, enjoying the stars. His dad was leading the way but got lost because he was drunk. They found themselves in a deep forest. An Ursa attacked them, mauling his father violently in front of him. The Ursa walked away after feeling accomplished and a teary Ertrinken in shock ran over to his helpless dad. His final words were "I'm sorry." And Ertrinken was stuck there bawling. The Ursa was drawn to it and came back to finish the job. Ertrinken yelled at the Ursa to kill him, he didn't want to live anymore. The Ursa slashed at his faces, only to have it's nails impale his eyeballs and pull them out of their sockets why leaving scratches under them. Ertrinken screamed in pain and begged for the Ursa to the just finish him but the Ursa had enough and left for good. Ertrinken was left suffering there for 2 hours, clutching his face. Finally, a huntress looking for monsters found him in the fetal position next to his lifeless father. He was still conscious and was begging her for him to die. She carried him back to the city and quickly took him to a hospital. There the hospital gave him artificial eyeballs, and took him into rehab. He learnt to let go of relying on eyesight and instead rely on hearing. He was trained to hear better and sharper. At age 19, he was ready to leave rehab and have a life of his own. A year later, he finally started school at Signal, only to be made fun of for his age every year on. He took a few years after school to hone his skills and later join Beacon. He wanted to become a hunter, because a huntress saved his life.

Strength: Ertrinken specializes in close-quarters and hand-to-hand combat. Ertrinken's tolerance of pain is abnormal for a human being. His discipline and patience, allows him to respond in fights with extraordinary expertise and finesse. Ertrinken's fighting style is relaxed and delayed, leaving his opponents with no knowledge of his next move until the very last second. His style is also very defensive, relying on counter-attacks and using the opponents moves against themselves. His increased hearing due to training allows him to hear faint sounds, and detect if a mouse is creeping behind him. His hearing range can go up to 20 ft. Ertinken has aura capabilities and has only been known to use it for defense. It glows white and he can only channel it towards his hands, making an invisible shield. However, aura wears downs his energy very quickly, draining at the same rate as a full on sprint would, and he only uses it sparingly. Aura also glows from his artificial eyes when he is using it. Despite being bulky he is quite quick and agile in his strikes and blocking.

Weakness: Ertrinken is blind and relies on his hearing to "see". Complete silence can easily disorient him and he'll have no idea what's up or down. That being said, excessive noise (just loud random noises everywhere, white noise) can confuse him as well. His long range capacity is limited to his range of hearing. Ertrinken equips no armor, and can easily be pierced by sharp objects if he isn't able to block with his aura. Ertrinken is not very flexible, his "stand his ground" fighting style means he's not good at acrobatics. Ertrinken also refuses to fight Ursas because he will suffer a traumatic breakdown if he hears one in proximity. In other categories, he is poor in communication and quite reclusive.

WEAPON

Name: Lypek (Lie - Pek)

Primary Form: Lypek's Primary form is a matte black revolver-shotgun that he keeps in a sling on the right side of his waist. It is compact at only 7 inches long. It runs on explosive ammunition; He keeps ammo under his cloak. He normally wields with one hand, as he is strong enough to withstand the recoil.

Secondary Form/Function: Lypek can transform into a small cylinder, to emit sound frequencies undetectable by the untrained human ear. Lypek can maintain this form while in the sling to assist Ertrinken to "see" if things are too quiet. (like bats). However when Lypek is in primary form, it cannot use this function.

History: Ertrinken made Lypek in Signal, originally for it's secondary form, but when teachers were asking students to test their weapons, Ertrinken made the gun form to make it look like he was making a weapon.

It's a good profile, but I'm a little curious about the strength of his aura. While I understand that he has the handicap of being blind, a near invincible aura is somewhat unfair to other players. I'm going to have to ask you to nerf it a little. Sorry.

It's like Ren when he uses it stop the snake fangs, but i'll put a limit on it

Edit: I also added a medical condition to his history, because i felt being in his 30's yet very aged was not completely common.
